What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it functions seamlessly across all my devices, ensuring uninterrupted communication. Its cloud-based design and easy accessibility make it especially useful for collaborating with remote teams, and I’ve found the voice quality to be excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been an exceptional platform that improves out teams' connectivity and productivity, it's always available and easy to scale. I have nothing negative to say, it has ensured seamless communication across all device (both mobile and web)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution enables us to move away from traditional telephone systems by providing efficient and dependable call management services. It is adaptable to individual requirements, operates smoothly, and supports global connectivity. Additionally, it includes a wide range of features that make it a comprehensive package, such as an autodialer for handling priority calls.

Seamless Setup, Handy for Laptop Calling

What do you like best about the product?
I find Webex Calling incredibly handy as it offers ease of use and accessibility. Setting it up was surprisingly simple, which was a pleasant surprise given my initial perception of its complexity. The call quality is notably better than standard network providers, and the feature allowing quick setup of contact groups is very useful, enabling me to efficiently dial key contacts directly from my laptop or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more directed initial setup experience that highlights the existing functionalities in Webex. I wasn't fully aware of all its capabilities initially, and it was only through a colleague's input that I began utilizing it. Without that guidance, I might not have discovered how useful Webex Calling can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling streamlines my calls directly from the laptop with ease of use and better quality than typical networks, saving me from using my phone.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Webex Calling is its seamless integration with other Cisco collaboration tools like Webex Meetings and Webex App. The call quality is consistently reliable, even with larger teams spread across different regions. The interface is user-friendly, and switching between devices (desktop, mobile, or desk phone) is smooth, which makes it very convenient for hybrid or remote work setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is that advanced reporting and analytics could be more detailed—especially for organizations that want granular insights into usage and performance. The mobile app, while generally good, can sometimes feel slightly less responsive compared to the desktop experience. Also, while integration with other Cisco tools is excellent, integration with third-party applications could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has helped solve the challenge of maintaining reliable communication across a hybrid workforce. Instead of relying on traditional PBX systems or multiple fragmented tools, everything is centralized in one secure cloud-based platform. It eliminates downtime and simplifies device management, making it easier for our team to stay connected whether they’re in the office, working remotely, or on the move. The solution has reduced costs associated with maintaining on-premise telephony and increased flexibility for scaling users up or down as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex offers reliable video and audio quality, strong security features, and smooth integrations with productivity tools. It’s dependable for large meetings and webinars. It provide AI-powered meeting summaries .Noise removal and voice enhancement and real-time transcription in multiple languages are special features.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is still outdated. Large app size. As AI is getting better day-by-day it must allow users to tailor AI summary style and option for task-based follow-up reminders. It must enable co-host management, easier pre-assignment, and better broadcast controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex helps solve the challenge of seamless remote collaboration by enabling secure video meetings, screen sharing, and team messaging in one platform. It has improved productivity for distributed teams, reduced travel costs, and made it easier to connect with clients and colleagues globally.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the webex calling is, how it brings everything together. Like having my calls, my video meetings and messaging all in one place.
By this way I don't have to jump between different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main pain point of Webex calling, when I am working from home is the stable and fast internet connection. Other apps work fine with lower speed, this can be a improvement point for Webex calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team connectivity is important in my hybrid working model and Webex calling solves it best. and as I mention in above answer as it is all in one tool, it helps.

Seamless integration that boosted our sales calls

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webex Calling is how effortlessly it hooked up with our Salesforce CRM last year and suddenly all those customer details popped up right during calls. No more fumbling around for notes mid conversation. It made closing deals feel way smoother especially when our team was spread out across Europe and the call quality held up even on spotty hotel WiFi during trade shows. We've got this one rep who was always complaining about dropped calls before but now he'd raving about the stability. The app's interface is pretty intuitive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside though is that the mobile app sometimes lags when switching between data and WiFi. This happened to me a couple times during important client pitches and it threw off the flow a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One huge problem that Webex Calling solved for us was fragmented communication in sales. Before we'd juggle separate phone systems and CRM tabs. Now with everything integrated our response times to leads dropped by like half. That's meant more closed deals without the usual problems. Another unexpected perk was how it cut down on email follow ups. It'd saved us headaches in a fast paced environment.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webex Calling is its reliability and clear call quality. I attend 3–5 meetings daily, and it consistently provides a smooth experience with stable connections and easy-to-use features for joining and managing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Webex Calling feels heavy on system resources, and the performance depends a lot on internet speed. The interface could also be more streamlined to make navigation quicker during busy workdays.

Webex Calling solves the challenge of managing multiple daily meetings by providing a reliable and unified platform for voice and video calls. What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and elegant to use... Effective, clear voice and picture quantity even in low network areas.i have not seen it hang any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's all good as per my point of view. I use it on regular basis for meetings.

I had used few of other softwares for the meetings but none of them was as clear and efficient like webex
