Webex Calling has come along very well, it had a poor introduction but it is very comparable
What do you like best about the product?
The new MS teams integration is really good

It is not friendly to engineers, they need to figure how how to get logs available to them and not rely on Cisco all the time

It is helping customers reduce the cost of hardware.

What do you like best about the product?
With Webex Calling you can make any call anywhere in the world, you only need a stable data connection. You can make from calls to group videos just by using the activation codes. The audio quality is excellent, and the video configuration is very clear, I would also like to point out that the interface is very corporate. You can maintain a stable connection between all employees of the organization, as a collaborative tool meets all the requirement. The phone application is a marvel, I can meet from anywhere and without restrictions. You can add contacts and create interactive teams by department to hold meetings, this benefits me a lot because I can always stay connected with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is slow and cumbersome, the program takes many times to open I'll stick with the phone application is simpler, there are internet providers with which it does not perform well, especially when I'm traveling to other countries and want to hold a meeting if the connection is not fast the application crashes. Some problems with call barring may time I want to block annoying calls, I hope they add better solutions in the update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always wanted to implement in the company an option of calls in the cloud since we are in the IT and Telecommunications department, so the meetings for companies are more comfortable using the application, since you can have hosted a lot of contacts organized by groups of importance. It is also a powerful tool for video calls, we are a team of 10 people who like to meet remotely because many times we are traveling, it is an excellent solution to connect only having a good internet connection.

Webex calling has a very intuitive and friendly user interface, easy to interact with, responsive, and it can be managed across multiple devices such as computers and mobile devices.

This is not intended for the general user; you need to learn about it to fully utilize its potential for what you spent. It is difficult to navigate the features due to its complexity.

It enables remote meetings for enterprises or businesses, eliminating collaboration barriers with features that allow presenting solutions from a distance. We can use this video call to remotely instruct technical staff in the field.

What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling lacks the capability to merge Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) calls and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calls seamlessly and this feature seems not to be in the roadmap currently.

Mobility: It offers mobility options, allowing users to make and receive calls on their smartphones, tablets, or laptops using the Webex Calling app. you have the capacity to move a call on a other device without any cut.

I have been invited to several Webex calls and the way it presents itself is very professional. I love the feature that it can disable guests using microphone and video inputs into the call if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I have seen of Webex I have nothing really I dislike of making calls with the application. I would recommend the product to anyone in the office field of work.

the best thing about webex calling is that no need to open alot of application no line or no additional plan needed you can use one application to reach your person want to call

What do you like best about the product?
In Webex you get call reports in an instant, you can keep track in real time of the calls you receive or make, and the best part is that it is completely hosted in the cloud. The contact directories are very well hosted and organized; the audio quality of the calls is very clear; and the video calls look great. All calls are managed and filtered, and you can also record them to listen to them at any time. We can make group calls, for example, for meetings, which is excellent, as we can share the call with many other users. The messaging option is excellent; they usually arrive very quickly, and you can send messages to contact lists hosted on Webex.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application for Apple should be improved. I have tried both versions for Android and iOS, and without hesitation, I'll take the Android one. Webex calls can consume a lot of data; I recommend having a good internet connection to use them. The service is more aimed at large companies; if you own a small business, I think other solutions, such as Skype, may be more feasible when evaluating the cost-benefit.

We have used Webex in many areas of our company. For the information technology area, it has been useful. Webex has a wide variety of contacts with whom we maintain daily communication. With this call and messaging service, we have saved a lot of money when making calls because with a conventional mobile plan, we would spend more money. Thanks to video conferencing and video calls, we can hold remote meetings without going to the office. Many times, we like to send text messages to our customers offering a particular service. With this program, we can create groups of contacts and send messages in an instant.
