One stop platform for all communication solution over the internet

What do you like best about the product?
There are a couple of features we like most, which are as follows -

1. It provides end-to-end security in communication by encrypting the messages from the sender to the receiver.

2. It also supports handy devices like mobiles etc. Because of that, we can be connected anywhere we go.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things which we don't like is that it is not easily integrated with non-cisco tools and also to use this service seamlessly we require a good bandwidth internet all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides a single dashboard where we can manage the remote device settings of all our users without any difficulty. Since this service is based on the cloud this benefits us as we don't have to make any payment in advance. We have to pay only for the amount of this tool/service resources we use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Webex Calling offers an innovative set of business features including call control, voicemail, business text messaging, mobility, and voice queues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must say that there is nothing I don't like about Webex Calling, it is an excellent modern cloud calling solution that adapts to the needs of companies of any size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we use Webex Calling in our organization, we can call other users in the company with great ease, make video calls and send instant messages to other users.

What do you like best about the product?
The app and setup seem easy to use. It also allows us to communicate with our customers and product management is much simpler. I am very happy that most of the customer service representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that the toll-free number they gave me was listed as spam. yThe iPhone app needs a little work since I have to log in constantly. Outside of all this the product works well and the documentation is easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling allows us to not have wired phones. since we were able to receive excellent assistance with the integration of our lines into their systems. and we have also been using it for video conferences with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the feature called scalability provided by this service. We can add or remove the features according to our needs. Because of that there is not wastage of resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found some of the negative points regarding this services-

1. This service is available at a slightly higher cost than the other companies providing the same services in the market.

2. The service dashboard is also not that user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The remote culture or work-from-home/hybrid working culture is more and more coming into the picture. This service provides the flexibility to employees to keep connected or in touch no matter where they are through the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The Webex Calling support team is quite helpful as administrative training for future store implementations. It's also a great way to teach me how to better navigate what I need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is, my experience has been very positive. and Their customer service, quick onboarding and support were excellent, The only current downside I see is that it gets slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the flexibility of how we can access our phone calls and it helps us implement our business continuation plan by allowing us to forward our phone calls remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
webex calling is quite an asset in calling, it comes with various features; it's security features are in accordance to the standard privasy and security measures, this are the end to end encryption and the passwords in logins. the customer support team is very suportive and always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
webex calling has a learning curve especially if the user is new to the tool, the tool comes wth a variety of features and grasping all of them requre enough time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
insecurity and lack of privacy. webex calling comes with good security measures assuring the users their secrets are safe

What do you like best about the product?
webex calling comes with a number of features, the quality of the call is very clear , the sound is audible with minimal disruptions. webex calling security and privacy is in accordance to the standard security protocal, with end-to-end encryption, ensures secrets and privacy of information is adhered to.
What do you dislike about the product?
on poor internet coonectivity, webex calls are highly affected espeially international calls. also the pricing of the tool is little high hence might be a challenge to a small business

What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with other Webex tools odcourse, such as Webex Meetings and Webex Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bug fixes are not released in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite functionality of Webex Calling is queueing and agent managing. Every agent can belong to several queues and you can set login behaviour for every single one. But the best feauture is callback: a timeout can be set for people in queue after which the system asks "it's been X minutes since you've been in queue: if you want to hang up and be called back when it's your turn press 3". This way people don't have to hang on the phone wainting... I absolutely love this one!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's onestly nothing to dislike about this product: the softphone is good looking (and has support for multi line, unlike other products), phones are really good looking and onboarding is a breeze with the 12-digit code, call routing is rich-feautured... I personally like very much the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great substitute for on-premise calling solution for those that don't require top-level complexity and don't want to manage on-premise hardware. Hardware support (CAPEX) is substitued by a convenient and easy to calculate on a per-user basis (OPEX) recurring billing.
