What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Webex Calling is its ambient noise reduction, which allows me to have a conversation even when I'm on the street. It is very simple and intuitive to use; which allows us to use it every day from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is nothing I can mention that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobility today is a necessity, but it is also necessary to be able to access your extension at any time. Webex Calling solves this problem in a very efficient way. After the pandemic, we began to work in hybrid mode, which is why it is essential to have this type of solutions, which allows us to be accessible anywhere.
Our HR team must be accessible to any collaborator during the work day. For this we use the Group Call Management functionality, which allows us to distribute the call to the team, to the first one that can answer. This greatly improved the attention to our collaborators.

Webex calling has great features like call merging and visual voicemail. It makes management easier and more effective because all users are in a single platform.

I have not experienced any problem with webex calling since installation. So far so good.

With webex calling, we are now able to work from the office, home or at the go since we can receive calls across many devices effortlessly.

Webex Calling provides an easy platform for resolving customer issues at the moment. With screen sharing and remote control features, troubleshooting becomes effortless. Occasionally, problems with internet connection can interrupt calls and impact communication quality. Improving call recording and quality monitoring features would enhance capabilities, providing users with better insights and control over their communication experiences. This ensures clear and reliable voice calls for more productive interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling enables me to work with remote teams in implementing advertising campaigns, regardless of location. This leads to faster decision-making and execution of marketing strategies. The software makes online meetings, technical support, teamwork, and client communication easier. It's a complete communication solution. Due to time constraints, we couldn't have an in-person meeting. With Webex Calling, I held a virtual presentation, shared the report, discussed strategies, and answered questions in a timely manner. The outcome? A contented client and a flourishing presentation.

Webex Calling operates on cloud, hence a strong internet connection is necessary for it to work correctly. You may encounter dropped calls or poor call quality if your internet connection is not stable.

Webex Calling has helped us to secure data by using cisco's secure cloud platform. This tool has helped us in getting connected with our employee's easily who are working from home.

Webex Calling was already a really solid product, but with the AI advancements announced this week at WebexOne it is a game changer!

Sometimes it can be challenging to manage numbers from a cloud connected PSTN provider

There are several features to list but shared/multiline is at the top. The other features include voice queues, vitual line, CH management portal.

Support for number manipulation and voice transcription.

Webex Calling Allows easier communications with clients, AND we can also hold conference calls within it. I also love that it helps me keep my business and personal separate.

I consider that it had many errors throughout the time of use, but it is a beneficial application that helps me communicate with my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool I can receive my phone calls on my desktop or smartphone. and it gives me ease of communication for users in multiple countries.

Support is always willing to help and the wait time is short. and The service works on both an app and a physical phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to enable the option to be able to quickly leave a call group from the phone interface.

like it Access to the cloud portal makes it easy to make settings and add users, allowing me to easily provision my employees from home.
Great platform, constant evolution
What do you like best about the product?
Setup is very easy, there are certain features that are very simple to configure and Cisco is always adding new ways to migrate users out of CUCM, this process has evolved a lot in the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the product that still feel like are half-baked, but Cisco has been taking great steps towards fixing these issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support needs to change. It is very annoying to go to Cisco TAC and have your case assigned to a first level of support where most of the time is only able to send canned emails for issues that you have already explained most of the time.
