Great calling platform
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling offers a great platform for voice communication with your contacts. It's very simple for the users to use and offers great integration with others which means simple implmentation. Offers calling calling from every device.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more sensitive to connection issues leading to some spoty paches during the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling allows us to easily communicate with other team members within the organizations and our external partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can have calls in your company without having to have a switch installed in your company, since Webex calling works in the cloud, so you can interconnect several branches without having anything physical other than the phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is probably that whenever we depend on a cloud, we depend on the performance of the internet link and if this is affected, the quality of the calls could be affected by the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company where I work, we have several branches and the initial expense to place switches in all the branches was very expensive plus the survivals that you need in case of a fall and with the help of webex calling, we can intercommunicate several branches without having to install nothing fixed and it is very easy to install and configure in the cloud

in the past we used to use a old version of cisco call manager, now for us is really easy to get together all we need in one application, meets,webinars,messages and calling.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Webex Calling is its intuitive and well-designed interface. From the first moment, I felt practical navigating the different functions and settings accessible. Additionally, the audio quality is outstanding, which has significantly improved my calls and virtual meetings. I can access the platform from my PC, tablet or mobile phone, which gives me the independence of working from anywhere and at any time. Additionally, seamless integration with other Cisco applications, such as Webex Teams, has further enhanced my engagement experience, allowing me to share files, chat, and collaborate on projects in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding what makes me angry, I have encountered certain possible technical problems. Although rare, you sometimes experience delays in streaming audio or video clips, which could be frustrating during an essential call. However, these problems have been resolved to a large extent thanks to the great Webex Calling technical support team, who provide quick responses and effective resolutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speaking of problems solved, Webex Calling was a lifesaver for me, especially during the pandemic. It was a primary instrument to stay connected with my work team, collaborating on projects, making relevant choices, and holding virtual meetings without inconvenience. Due to this platform, it managed to overcome the obstacles of physical distance, keeping us linked and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its features because its great for high-quality calls and offers call queuining, analytics, and forwarding in one place. Furthermore, the implementation was simple and no training was required for its use. Webex Calling is an excellent product.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problems so far, except that we had a suspension of compliance by mistake. But the support helped us.

Everything works well for meetings, high quality calls, facilitates the management of the entire call service and surprises how a sinlge product solves our communication problems.

the ease with which you can have your phones and extensions anywhere without the need for a physical computer and the ease with which it can be installed and configured since everything is in the cloud

Probably, we rely on an internet connection, and if this fails, the user will have a bad experience. Additionally, the subscription costs are quite high.

we have many small branches where they are not interconnected with each other to the main site and thanks to webex calling we can communicate all branches without a big investment.

What do you like best about the product?
What fascinates me most about Webex Calling is its ease of use and accessibility. From the get-go, it has been a smooth transition and there was no need for a huge learning curve. Webex Calling properties are very favorable for our business. The ability to make high-quality calls across different devices and platforms has greatly improved our own internal and external communications. At the moment we don't have to worry about poor call quality or technical issues. The video conferencing option has also facilitated our own remote meetings, allowing us to maintain positive communication with assistants in different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are also certain points that I would like to see improved in the program. Sometimes we have encountered minor technical issues, such as connection delays or audio quality issues. If these problems can be reduced, our experience could be even better.

Regarding problem resolution, Webex Calling was an important instrument. Previously, we were experiencing problems communicating efficiently with suppliers and consumers due to connectivity issues and call clarity. With Webex Calling, these concerns are gone. We now have the ability to have clear, uninterrupted conversations, which has improved our own business collaborations and streamlined our own processes.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that fascinates me most about Webex Calling is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and friendly, which made the use and configuration process quite simple. I didn't have to deal with complex technical setups, because the supplier took care of the entire bonding process seamlessly. Another notable aspect of this program is the quality of the calls. The connections are clear, without interruptions or noise problems. This was essential for our own meetings, because it allowed us to communicate positively with our own consumers and suppliers without any complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, as with any program, there are also points that bothered me a little. Sometimes you experienced small delays in the delivery of denominations, which can be frustrating. Fortunately, such issues are rare and are not significantly affecting our overall experience with the program.

Webex Calling was also a huge help in solving problems in our company. Due to the call recording functionalities, we have the possibility to check past conversations and keep track of established agreements and commitments. In addition, the screen sharing function during calls allowed us to make presentations and demonstrations remotely, which has helped us close agreements and win new consumers.
Best cloud based calling platform with end to end encryption
What do you like best about the product?
I liked its simplicity of user interface and operations. As a cloud based platform, It is easy to maintain and operate remotely which helps both employees working from office and from home. When it come to security, Its competitors doesn't offers that level of security which is being offered by webex (cisco). It supports end to end encryption for internet calling. Overall best platform for individual and group calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is little bit high as compared to competitors offered by MS. Local language support needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we were using MS teams for messaging and calling for corporate communications, But due to lack of features we shifted to Webex calling and from then the experience is awesome. We used webex calling for connecting with our team and client from various parts of the globe seamlessly. It has all the features which we required for on premises calling and communication in a secured manner. We are able to filter the guest connecting to group call basedon locations. We can resolve the issue by sharing the screen and data while we are in the call with client and developer.
