Desk phone? Whats that - Webex Calling
What do you like best about the product?
I have to say that Webex calling is a game changer, not having a desk phone any more is great and especially as most of the time we all work from home these days. As the admin, user and implementor of Webex calling, it was very easy to setup and roll out to our users and it has all the features you would expect from a phone system, ie. voice mail, basic call routing , hold and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
i cant say i have any probmels with Webex calling, its a great product and i would reccomend it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our problem of Hybrid working, moving away from physical desk phones to laptop/mobile-based ISDN calling.
Great tool for collaboration and remote work
What do you like best about the product?
The App is well-designed and built, and being able to receive and make calls to your colleagues and your network contacts from anywhere while still using your company infrastructure is amazing. Also, the full cloud-based calling is a great option for those who are not willing to keep any piece of bare metal on-premisses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn´t much to say here, but a thing that there is some room for improvements in the App for Android platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a hybrid environment here, where our local PSTN gateways are on-premisses and all our Webex app clients are cloud-based, this integration is reliable and easy to set up.
The main problem that Webex Calling helped us to overcome was the need of VPN connection for everyone outside the office to have phone services working, many users are working with VDIs and most of them need to keep connected to the customer environment which was a problem since to have phone services they would disconnect from customer to connect locally to be able to receive or make a external call.

Sometimes lack of customer support,need some update.

During work if we have any doubt we can easily make a call in a click from any devices and get the help immediately and hence finishing the work soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Combination of ease of implementation, use/setups and multiple integrations makes it best collaboration tool. Also effectiveness of accessing at any timezones is big economic advantages. Added security features makes us feel more comfortable while sharing vital information.

This application is one of top I can't do without, so far no dislike I can confirm.

Sometimes the site works well in Firefox, sometimes in Chrome, depending on their updates.

We have real-time connection to colleagues,bosses,partners and clients on real-time through combined communication channels of voice, video, collaboration,SMSchat at surveys at right time regardless of once device or timezones.

Helpful online calling application
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and simple tool for internet calling applications. Can be setup with an email and team is helpful with chat support when we had an issue with the payment. The tool is flexible for the use. Audio quality is great. Can record the call for keeping purpose. Can call using a clean dial UI. Can chat with others. It is a nice tool to integrate with our sales tool kit

What do you like best about the product?
I liked its stability and Video-audio quality during the meetings. Webex Calling comes with a superior quality of communication with louder audio. It has advanced security features such as end to end encryption, password security and access controls. Webex Calling adds value in many areas due to its internet calling capabilities and cloud based database. User friendly interface I liked because new users can easily use the app without any training or guidance. Screen sharing, Screen controls also enrich its usage. It helped us to join a call through mobile app when you are not there in the office to provide you the flexible work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup and logins are time consuming that need to be integrated with cisco platform apps. Internet bandwidth requirements should be optmised to get good quality at low speeds. Other features working good.

We used webex calling as a alternative for in-person meetings and physical conferencing with teams, client and stakeholders. As a senior software engineer, I am using webex calling to connect with the team and get updates about ingoing development in our project and conveying the same to client. Daily we have scheduled Webex call and its integration with outlook helped me to send calender reminders and mails to the participants. This platform is cloud based, so recording and file shared through the meetings can be accessed later, This helped new developers to get idea and knowledge from the session by actively going through the recordings. We frequently using screen sharing feature to share the screen with testing team to get test case failure issue resolution. Also we used it its access control feature to allow only one team at a time to join the call based on Mac ID and location based access. Webex Calling is a best choice for businesses and corporates looking for a robust video-audio communication platform. The migration to webex calling from physical meetings reduced ongoing operation costs, make business up to date with the world and became more digital Overall best tool for virtual collaboration, Highly recommended.
