Webex Calling has come along very well, it had a poor introduction but it is very comparable
What do you like best about the product?
The new MS teams integration is really good

It is not friendly to engineers, they need to figure how how to get logs available to them and not rely on Cisco all the time

It is helping customers reduce the cost of hardware.

What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling lacks the capability to merge Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) calls and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calls seamlessly and this feature seems not to be in the roadmap currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling's cloud-based infrastructure allows for flexible deployment, enabling our team to access the phone system from any location with an internet connection. This scalability has been a game-changer, especially for remote teams and those on the go, as we can stay connected seamlessly without being tied to physical office setups.

Mobility: It offers mobility options, allowing users to make and receive calls on their smartphones, tablets, or laptops using the Webex Calling app. you have the capacity to move a call on a other device without any cut.

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about webex calling is that no need to open alot of application no line or no additional plan needed you can use one application to reach your person want to call

The things i dont like with this is that this application is really great and really very useful but like other application there are need improvements like stability of connection

What do you like best about the product?
You can set up a call immediately. You can see if participants are available. You can arrange group call. It is great Cisco product.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning of using this product there were some software bugs, but with new releses they were eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You do not need to have Cisco IP Phone on every desk. Webex Calling is reducing costs and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I was at home and I found out that my phone was missing. I needed to announce that my phone was stolen. I had no land line.. but I remembered that I can make phonecalls from webex. That's when I opened my laptop and called. It also helps when you run out of battery on one of your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, there's absolutly nothing to dislike. As a customer, the costs for certain regions are not very nice comparing to other vendors of similar services available in our country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need for our company to keep records of our phone calls. It's easier with the integrated system of Webex calling and our Support Desk systems. It's also integrated with our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the ability to integrate into our current CUCM, this allowed users to seemlessly transition to remote work and not having to relearn a phone system

There are times where call quality isnt at its best but cant exactly pin this on Webex
