Webex Calling is a product that is easy to work with and easy to configure

What do you like best about the product?
Calling offers many options and is very adaptable to the needs and services of our business. They have an incredible product and service, but what stands out the most is the customer service. It also offers a very quick response and easy to use to configure a new telephone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling has a variety of options to help the business grow, so for now there is nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The calling setup process and help getting everything working was fantastic, and the reliability of the phone service is excellent, it is definitely a complete communication system that is reliable and eager to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Audio and video is crysteal clear , chatter and screen sharing option is also their plus we can have many memnbers in a single meet

Nothing to dislike as of now fow this beautiful app

Meeting online which saves my lot of time and options of working from home beacuse of Webex

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is Perfect for a small or medium business. Also The support team is very good and always available to help with any problem. It is also a relatively simple platform to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Sometimes it crashes, I have to restart it. Besides that, I really like everything, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the meeting app integration. since it keeps me organized with my Google calendar immediately. I really find the app easy to use. and it allows me to keep my mobile number private.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling provides the best feature that is transcription of voicemail.
It can record calls on virtual lines.
It provides support for third party DECT Devices.
It saves money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stable internet is needed to make proper call from any location.
Call recording option is available for a limited time period.
The price is vey high in comparison to Microsoft Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped us to track our call recorings and improve our performance with the help of call analytics offered by Webex Calling.
There is no need of conventional phone lines and hardware which helps in cost saving.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about webex calling is you can record on virtual lines.
Additional languages supported for voicemail transcription is and additional new feature which they have recently added..
What do you dislike about the product?
Call recording is available for a short period of time.
Price is high in comparison to other tools such as microsoft team.
To ensure proper call,stable internet connection is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled our employees to easily place calls on variety of devices from any location with an internet connection supporting to smoothly work from home.
Webex calling is a single platform where voice,video and messaging all are combined together.
Since conventional phone lines and hardware are no longer necessary, saving a lot of money.

What do you like best about the product?
The app and setup seem easy to use. It also allows us to communicate with our customers and product management is much simpler. I am very happy that most of the customer service representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that the toll-free number they gave me was listed as spam. yThe iPhone app needs a little work since I have to log in constantly. Outside of all this the product works well and the documentation is easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling allows us to not have wired phones. since we were able to receive excellent assistance with the integration of our lines into their systems. and we have also been using it for video conferences with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The Webex Calling support team is quite helpful as administrative training for future store implementations. It's also a great way to teach me how to better navigate what I need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is, my experience has been very positive. and Their customer service, quick onboarding and support were excellent, The only current downside I see is that it gets slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the flexibility of how we can access our phone calls and it helps us implement our business continuation plan by allowing us to forward our phone calls remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with other Webex tools odcourse, such as Webex Meetings and Webex Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bug fixes are not released in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite functionality of Webex Calling is queueing and agent managing. Every agent can belong to several queues and you can set login behaviour for every single one. But the best feauture is callback: a timeout can be set for people in queue after which the system asks "it's been X minutes since you've been in queue: if you want to hang up and be called back when it's your turn press 3". This way people don't have to hang on the phone wainting... I absolutely love this one!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's onestly nothing to dislike about this product: the softphone is good looking (and has support for multi line, unlike other products), phones are really good looking and onboarding is a breeze with the 12-digit code, call routing is rich-feautured... I personally like very much the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great substitute for on-premise calling solution for those that don't require top-level complexity and don't want to manage on-premise hardware. Hardware support (CAPEX) is substitued by a convenient and easy to calculate on a per-user basis (OPEX) recurring billing.

It has no dedicated mobile app for Webex Calling.

Scalable phone system that can grow with your business.
