Audio and video quality, all attendees details, secure meeting id and password

difficult to unmute sometimes and difficult to connect with phone

Easy to add in webex calling , easily connected to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Giving slow response while calling, very poor user experience.

Slow responding , Not showing proper live status message or active status, last active not showing proper

What do you like best about the product?
One standout feature of Webex calling is its integration with mobile devices, which allows our team to make and receive calls from anywhere, ensuring flexibility for hybrid work and efficient customer support. Also, the call analytics dashboard is also highly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal could use more customization options to set user permissions or configure call flow rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has significantly enhanced our ability to manage calls for multiple departments. It has replaced the need for separate phone system across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and a huge amount of features I can use for all occasions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get confusing with all of the features. If something goes wrong it's difficult to figure out what to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with colleagues with ease and in a number of different situations.

What do you like best about the product?
My company used webex for most of our conferences and trainings. It was very easy to use and I never had any issues connecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes audio wasn't the best. After I would connect I would sometimes have to disconnect and then re-connect to get audio to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used them for Webinars and conference calls. I would be able to connect with other members with ease.

Webx is smooth in meeting it is lag free and it is not jagering

The ui is confusing sometimes and but with times I use to it

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Webex Calling, I would say it is an ideal service for communicating within a work environment, it is flawless and its platform is simple to use. I can also mention that Webex Calling allows a wide communication between its users, it is perfect to establish work meetings and make business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling is excellent for all types of companies; its communication services consistently perform well without technical errors on its central platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our systems and communication plans are much better thanks to Webex Calling, this software has a comprehensive system of calls ideal for our needs.

What I like the most about the product is

WebEx calling address several challenges that business face with traditional phone system and morden communication.

Webex Calling working from home

What do you like best about the product?
I work from home full time and appreciate being able to make calls without having to have a physical phone at my house. I use the Webex suite for all of my calling and it has 100% of the features that I need to get my work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all things Cloud there have been times that I could not register to the Webex Cloud for an hour or more and i was not able to make calls. My home Internet was good i just could no get registered with Webex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Webex suite for calling and I can say the addition of the Webex assistant has been an improvement. It can summarize meetings that I might have missed and i don't have to play back a recording of the meeting after the fact.
