Easy to connect with anyone through the internet at anytime.

It needs good internet connection,so it is difficult to use in remote locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use this even if we are in another meeting or doing work,so that we can make a call and solve our queries immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
The Webex Calling service I've been using is great for making phone calls over the internet. It has many tools that have made my work and working with my team much more efficient. I really like how easy it is to use, how good the call clarity is, how it works on multiple platforms, how it has advanced features, and how it works with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. While Webex Calling isn't the cheapest choice, it isn't the most expensive either.
2. The design is pretty easy to use, but new users might need some time to get used to all the different parts and functions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The call quality and ease of use of Webex Calling were commendable. Teamwork and talking to each other were simple. I enjoy the ability to hold talks, meetings, and assist customers from away. The ability to connect to other tools has greatly facilitated my work.

Webex calling helps us connect with our team and clients to deliver communication properly and in a simplified way. It provides platform for video, voice, messaging, and smooth communication within the organization and also offers high-quality of video and audio in the overall meeting experience. It has an easy screen-sharing facility and integrates with other third-party applications like Teams. It has the best customer support and is also easy to implement is your phone and desktop.

as per observations, it requires a stable internet connection and high-speed internet bandwidth.

It's scalability and seamless integration with other tools has been very helpful in simplifying and streamlining communication.In meetings sometimes we need to share our screen and share messages so we can do that in webex itself. As a system engineer , I always used webex calling to share the screen

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about the webex calling is it's security. It is well integrated with the cisco remote application to enhanced mobile connectivity. It provides best security and reliability with encrypted security. Connection with client and team became so easy with cloud based calling. Live chat and documents sharing add on to its efficiency.

It's mobile app sometimes lagging due to large Android app size, it becomes slow while connecting to the call.

Webex Calling has enhanced features which provides us seamless connections with the client and the team across the globe. Live chats and recording helps to interact well. Location based connection helps us to allow only particular regional team to join the call. overall best platform for VoIP calling. Cloud based internet calling offers team to connect via internet.
Webex Calling is great for remote workers without VPN
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is easy to use. It was easy to implement and integrate with our SIP carrier. We also had the option to use the Cisco SIP service as well. Webex calling is used daily by all departments in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found anything I dislike about Webex Calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed our users to have remote access to thier business phone without a need for a traditional VPN. We moved to Webex Calling just before the pandemic and it allowed our business to continue during the pandemic. It has also allowed our organization to continue to grow with the ability to have remote workers throughout the United States. Our sales team uses the Webex calling on thier mobile devices for access to thier work phone number. This allows out customers to be able to reach them while being remote.

What do you like best about the product?
After installing over 400 instances of Webex Calling for customers across the US and Canada, I've seen companies reduce their total cost of ownership (by as much as 60%), eliminate complexity with a simple to use GUI, maximize efficiency by eliminating multiple disjoint applications, and finally be able to connect multiple office locations seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Webex Calling is the lack of outbound efax, whic is not frequently used, however, some customers require it (medical, legal, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex provides a single app for calling, meeting, and messaging. We can have a customer up and running (fully functional) in minutes.
Very easy to invite participants to a meeting and at no cost to them
What do you like best about the product?
It lets us make calls smoothly without any lag. It is very convenient and easy to use, and even better I can have meetings recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the feature that Webex Calling doesn't tell me the number of calls I made on a daily basis.

Very suitable for making distance meetings and training sessions online. My team is able to communicate daily regardless of our location.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling offers a great platform for voice communication with your contacts. It's very simple for the users to use and offers great integration with others which means simple implmentation. Offers calling calling from every device.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more sensitive to connection issues leading to some spoty paches during the calls.

Webex calling allows us to easily communicate with other team members within the organizations and our external partners.
