What do you like best about the product?
It is now my primary meeting platform choice - it has become much more reliable over the past few years - i have not had an issue in 2 years now!
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like the AI assistant readout when turning on this feature - its very loud and off putting in a meeting

What do you like best about the product?
It provide a very realiable voice and video service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a closed platform so the addition of IP Phones from another vendors it is more complex compared with Cisco devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling allows us to integrate and communicate all our branch offices , and its auto provisioning methods has helped us saving time in the deployment process

Easy to implement and install on mobile and laptop.
integrate with OS of diffewrent version.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Integration with broader Webex ecosystem which allows for smooth transitions between messaging, meetings and call , all in a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality sometimes is difficult to understand.
Sometime inconsistent audio and video quality, lack of customization

It helped in fragmenting communication by integratring voice, video and messaging all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
As a frequent user of webex for teams meeting, client presentations, and other sessions, I have found it to be a robust and reliable platform. The interface is great, making it easy to schedule and join meetings directly from outlook calendar integrations. Video and audio quality are consistently crisp, even with large groups, and features like screen sharing, real time annotations, and digital whiteboards enhance collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Faster response time from customer service would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent balance between user-friendliness and enterprise grade security.

Best for calling (audio video)

What do you like best about the product?
The recent update allows me to copy the number and dial it quickly. I use it everyday to make 100+ calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small screen pop up on the screen everytime i call and I have to keep moving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant calling helps me to dial a lot of customers in a day.

Simple user interface is what i like. Very easy to work with it.

Sudden disconnections specifically when you have an important meeting really hurts.

Security features improve telemedicine practices but usability complexity needs addressing

What is our primary use case?

I am in a hospital setting where Webex is used for telemedicine.

What is most valuable?

The number one reason we chose Webex was the security features. It was the main reason why we chose Webex over other solutions. We do have other solutions as well, but for telemedicine, we decided that the best solution was Webex.

What needs improvement?

Usability needs improvement. Webex is more complex compared to Zoom. Zoom has a big advantage in simplicity, especially for the other side to connect to a session.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have more than three years of experience with Webex.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

We did not experience any significant deployment issues. Setting up a simple deployment was very simple and easy, but performing advanced features like setting up lines and connecting our IP telephony was complex.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Webex is very stable. I would rate its stability as ten. We haven’t had any issues with it at all.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Webex is very scalable, and I do not think that our organization has ever reached its limit.

How are customer service and support?

We had a very small use case for technical support, and it was okay. I would rate their technical support as seven.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We use Zoom as well. The major advantage that Zoom has over Webex is its simplicity.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup depends on the feature. For a simple deployment, it was very simple and easy. However, performing advanced setups was complex.

What about the implementation team?

We used an integrator for the implementation.

What was our ROI?

There is nothing we can specifically label as ROI, but we chose Webex for its security. We also purchased Webex communication devices like a television with everything inside, which users love.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Webex is expensive. If it weren't that expensive, we would probably use it for all our telecommunication needs, not just for telemedicine.

What other advice do I have?

I would definitely recommend Webex to others in our industry. Overall, I would rate it around seven to eight.

Webex has done video quality and is easy to use.

It doesn’t set itself apart from other video calling services, there is nothing that makes it unique.

It is a video calling app and it does just that, helpful for when I need to call.
