Clear, Reliable Call Quality for Smooth Team Communication

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Webex Calling delivers clear call quality and stays reliable for my day-to-day work. It’s straightforward to use and helps me communicate smoothly with my team and clients, with very few issues, disruptions, or interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about Webex Calling is that when the network is unstable, calls can sometimes lag or even drop. I also find the interface a bit confusing for new users, so there’s a learning curve before it starts to feel intuitive and becomes easy to navigate and use comfortably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling helps bridge communication gaps by making it easy to place reliable calls from anywhere. It has reduced our reliance on traditional phones and improved how well the team stays connected. Overall, it’s made our work feel more flexible, and coordinating with others is clearly easier than it used to be.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Webex Calling is how reliable and straightforward it is for day-to-day communication. Calls are generally clear, and it’s easy to use whether you’re at your desk or working remotely.

I also like that it integrates well with the wider Webex Suite, so everything feels connected- calls, meetings, and messaging are all in one place. That makes it much easier to stay organised and not have to switch between different systems.

Another benefit is the flexibility, as you can take calls on different devices, which is really useful when you’re not always in the same location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing- I haven’t experienced any major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling helps solve the challenge of staying connected and communicating reliably, especially when working across different locations or remotely. Instead of relying on traditional phone systems or multiple apps, it provides one consistent platform for making and receiving calls.

For me, that means I can take calls from anywhere (whether I’m in the office or working remotely) without any disruption. It also keeps communication more organised, as everything is linked within the same system rather than being spread across different tools.

Great Tool for Direct System Calls and Voicemail Transcription

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great tool for making direct calls into our system, and it also stores and transcribes voicemails. Overall, it’s been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed a few system glitches, with the app occasionally crashing or freezing.

We needed a system for direct calls in to our system

What do you like best about the product?
This has been the most effective tool for communicating in our organization. It is very easy to learn and use. I love its simplified user interface that has many great features in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about it. We are looking forward to see updates.

Communication to other workers in our organization is now solved.

What do you like best about the product?
-The audio sound is good.
-It automatically records the attendance.
-It allows break rooms
-It has a calendar
-It has whiteboard where you can write
-It has a profile where you can edit
-You can use direct messages to chat with people
What do you dislike about the product?
- To create an account with Webex if you don't want to be labelled unverified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-It is easy to communicate and to use it.
-When you join the class late, it has an AI assistant which can provide a summary of what people discussed before you joined.

What do you like best about the product?
Their value and service set them apart from any other company we've worked with. The user experience is outstanding, particularly for remote work. I appreciate how intuitive and easy to use the platform is, and the initial setup was straightforward as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
All its functions and features met our needs. The reliability and seamless integration of Webex Calls as a collaboration platform were exactly what we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform enables us to send messages and conduct video conferences with clients, including those located in other countries. Additionally, it streamlines the management of incoming calls to my company by offering an automated answering service that efficiently routes calls, minimizing the need to respond to irrelevant or unnecessary inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to talk on webex because calling is very smooth and without interrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this, and I have not encountered any discrepancies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My daily meetings run smoothly without any interruptions. I haven't come across any other app quite like this one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Webex Calling because it has noise cancellation based on voice frequency, which helps with disturbances from the background. I also find every feature fantastic and appreciate that most of our interviews were conducted using it. Additionally, I was completely satisfied with the app and found the initial setup to be all good and perfect.

Nothing

Webex Calling solves disturbances from background noise with noise cancellation based on voice frequency.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm truly impressed with its performance and features. Real-time call monitoring and analysis simplifies agent training, improve team performance, call quality, and connectivity, ensuring proper management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints; this has clearly enhanced the quality of our calls and connectivity. Issues like voice delays and dropped calls, which we faced with earlier solutions, have been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, our old phone systems often suffered from voice interruptions and did not provide a comprehensive control panel. Since switching, we've noticed a significant improvement in call quality, and the new panel enables us to monitor our executives' live calls. This has made tracking and monitoring much easier for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the system was both simple and straightforward, fulfilling all of my needs. The intuitive interface ensures that navigation and access are effortless, and I really value the flexibility of being able to work from any location. It also enables connections with multiple people at once, and I have consistently found the service to be outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there are minor glitches and errors, and some users have mentioned experiencing problems with audio quality. Additionally, the file solution is not very convenient when it comes to searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is easier because the app works wonderfully, users appreciate its ease of use. We can have users log in just like in a call center-it's a complete communications solution. It has helped me tremendously with productivity.
