I get excited everytime i learn something new!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a strramlined, simple CRM that does not create overwhelm like many others over seen. It lays out all my information for me nicely, and allows me to customize how and what i want to see. It makes my life so much easier! Working in the sales industry is stressful enough, having a CRM that has my back really helps my day go smoothly. My dashboard shows me customizable reports, with the information that's important to me, in the form that i prefer to see it. I keep learning about new features that make me excited. (And impatient for my company to let us use all the tools available lol) I love the mobile app as well as the web page. The app will pull up my contacts when the call my phone, and take me ro a screen to leave notes or log my call when it's completed; way more than i expected from the app. It always provides clear information, which can often be lost when things are smashed into a mobile view. I almost prefer to look my deals up on my phone, than the web! I've worked in many CRMs, and Hubspot is my favorite so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to close a task and forget to make a new one, which can lead to losing track of customers. If i master sequences, i believe i could eliminate a lot of this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This bad boy is keeping me organized! Which let me tell you, is no easy task.

What do you like best about the product?
Software organizes team activities with efficiency. Hubspot CRM has an elegant interface, is structured intuitively which makes it easy to learn how to handle it.
It's a very useful tool for our sales. It allows us to communicate individually with clients, which greatly improves our business relationships.
We can also handle the sales pipeline since every aspect of it is clearly displayed. We synchronize team activities in Google Calendar, share reports in various formats and segmented data seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced some minor bugs with pipeline settings, which we were able to successfully resolve. Overall, we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us manage large volumes of contacts, as a result we see improvements in our lead management performance. It makes us more effective in our work and increases our sales rates.
The information we collect through CRM is very beneficial to innovate our way to sell. Strengthens our business relationships and encourages us to find the best opportunities.

It's a software that I recommend marketing teams. It's great to handle relationships with clients and prospects.
Intuitive and Designer Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
With a graphic Design background, I appreciate that there are ways I can manipulate or create custom modules to get exactly what I want. And whenever I get stuck or want to do something new, there are plenty of resources like the Community and fast support response times to get what we need. Overall HubSpot is very intuitive, and easy to navigate and use. (Oh, and INBOUND rocks!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the background code in HubSpot doesn't play nice with additional code, and lead scoring is cumbersome at best. We were disappointed when lead scoring only moved to the HubSpot Score property, which doesn't address any of the issues of managing lead scoring. In fact, I have more problems with delays in the window populating when I scroll in properties, so it goes blank for a few seconds. And we have so many things scored, that the scroll bar is too sensitive and jumps, so I'm glad I have the option of a trackpad on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to send much more professional looking bulk emails than in the past and the various ways stats can be viewed are great, so users looking at the granular level or broad picture can see what they want quickly. A/B testing gives us insight into what our customers respond best to, and automated workflows to guide them on their journey are awesome!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I mentioned a couple things that don't work great for us in this review, nothing's perfect, and it's obvious HubSpot is always striving to improve on what they have. I work with this software daily, and the norm is a smooth running, robust software that makes life so much easier! HubSpot has also been friendly with integrating other systems we have in place, helping us take it to the next level. It's easy to say this software is wonderful and makes marketing more robust and easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this CRM is that makes it easy to keep tracking the contacts, the speed is outstanding I can go through tabs very quick, there’s no lags, this is very important when you are in a company with a lot of users in order to not slow down productivity, integration is a key point in a sales platform and hubspot does a good job with the ease of integrating other apps like Gmail, google Docs or Mailchimp, you just need to link up Gmail account, is a whole host of others apps, This gives you a better experience and improves productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
the installation and implementation is a bit slow, it is not a big problem, but they can improve at that point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit that hubspot provides to our company is the organization and control we have with current clients and past clients, it is a great tool for inbound marketing, since it automates many tasks that require a lot of time this translates into more deals and less time in data entry, the interaction takes place automatically and allows us to save the clients' data without expiration time.

Likewise, I have no design skills whatsoever, but HubSpot makes it easy to make professional-looking emails and landing pages with its drag-and-drop editor.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike. One that comes to mind is that you can't choose "email response" as a parameter to unenroll contacts from workflows. This would be very helpful seeing that most of our customers respond directly to our reps when we send emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track where leads are coming from and if they are converting to sales or not. It has helped us determine what we need to be doing as marketers to better fill the funnel with quality leads. In just over a year and a half, we have exponential increased the amount of leads we are generating, and the number keeps on growing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would leverage HubSpot Academy. HubSpot does a great job creating videos on how to get the most out of its products. Take advantage of them.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the ultimate CRM with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. It has a great support community and so many wonderful features and reports to help you get through all of the intensities of a large CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales and marketing separation to build out database - this can get expensive! Our platform is about 30k a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working through all of our marketing automation, Sales automation and more with this platform. We have realized so many opportunities through Hubspot Academy (free learning program included)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a full marketing plan to work through Hubspot is with you every step of the way for Inbound marketing. From their INBOUND conference, to their customer service (chat/call/academy/learning) features, Hubspot is a no brainer for any business (if you can swing it in your budget but you get what you pay for!)
HubSpot CRM is user-friendly, but limited
What do you like best about the product?
Pulling information out of the system is very easy - both in terms of zeroing in on where the information is stored as well as in terms of exporting data to spreadsheets for further processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of the CRM (without the "Reporting Add-on" or "Sales Hub") is so limited as to be essentially useless for any business operating at or building toward scale. List building is considerably easier across contact record dimensions than "report" building is across company record dimensions. Default properties cannot be edited and custom properties are not afforded all the same filtering options. For example, if I wanted to better understand my lead pipeline, I might want to introduce another stage between opportunity and customer, say for "pilots". This is not an option for the default Lifecycle property. And if you build a custom lifecycle property to include pilots, you will not be able to configure a report for this property with a funnel-type visualization, you will not be able to set the order of display for the stages of this custom property in your reports (so you'll see first SQLs then Customers, then Pilots, then MQLs, for example, removing much of the visual value of the report), and you will not be able to build reports based on when your leads entered each lifecycle stage. Of course, the Lifecycle property is just an example, but these reporting limitations and others extend to all default and custom properties, respectively. There are some other ways in which the CRM data becomes a little messy. For example, there is no way to exclude partners or target partners from the normal lifecycle stages. Unless you're paying for the Enterprise package, the CRM is also limited in the workflows allowed. For example, you cannot build workflows to send any emails - internal or external. The fact that there are no built-in region-based reporting or list creation filters makes the system needlessly more difficult to use.

We use HubSpot CRM to manage our sales funnel - from marketing to prospecting to sales development and relationship management. The tool has proven very useful for measuring the impact of our sales efforts, aligning activities between marketing and sales, as well as overseeing and managing the tasks of our different reps
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main advantage of the HubSpot CRM is that exists within an integrated business management ecosystem. This makes it easy to align and streamline a wide range of business activities in service of a common cause. Between HubSpot's sales tools, it's social media tools, it's email marketing tools, it's hosting and building tools, it's content management tools, it's analytics tools, a native CRM just makes sense.

What do you like best about the product?
I notice that HubSpot does everything possible to make sure that we understand their customers and we make it easier to use this product which when we use it we can see that it offers us to automate almost anything like the great flow of potential customers thanks to the fantastic chatbot, besides marketing tools are very easy to manage and easy to configure attracting a good amount of customer traffic to your channeling and tracking interactions with them, being able to see the marketing emails received, this allows us to customize our platform and give it a better service to our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Although HubSpot must surely be working on this problem it is worth saying that there is a lack of deeper measures, as there are some features that do not work like replacing files and do not become versatile when using mobile phones because they distort the format

I believe that the acquisition of new potential customers is one of the biggest problems we have solved with the help of HubSpot, all its features can be integrated perfectly allowing us to focus on generating more customers while maintaining order and continuing to execute other jobs and actions

In the market there are many CRM products all naturally with their pros and cons, so what I recommend is to try several to find the one that you think is most beneficial to you, although personally this CRM HubSpot has been very helpful for your solid features and this only using the free edition because using the advanced must be much better than this even if you have to pay, I think it would be worth it

Sequence, Dashboard, Analytics, productivity tools like tasks, meetings, snippets, etc. intuitive and easy to use.
This year we've upgraded our sales plan and also invested in the marketing platform and doubled our user licenses.
Tech Support is awesome very responsive and has answers to all the questions you may have!

What do you dislike about the product?
Recent features like quotes, product library should have had more functionalities and flexibility, multiple 1:1 email subscription types functionality is not there and could be a bottleneck if you're selling multiple products/services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time with the sequence. Email scheduling, call recording, and tracking. Sales Analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked about HubspotCRM is its feature for documentation. It is very helpful in sales, because when you call your prospects, you get to review notes while you're on a call with them. You can write down what has transpired in the call and can use it for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have anything that I could say against HubspotCrm. We have been using it for quite a while now and it still is efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, it is really important to take down notes. It is a guide when make follow up calls. Through the notes that we have in hubspot, we can easily touch base with the prospects and hit their pain points.
