Easy automation and lead management
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to manage their 1:1 relationships with their leads and helps give our Marketing team what they need to evaluate upper funnel campaign performance based on lower funnel conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that I feel like we're underutilizing because the time it takes to learn them is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesHub allows us to quantify our sales team's performance while providing and tracking more detailed information about our leads.
Customizable and intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so intuitive to use and easy to customize even for small companies that might not have the in-house knowledge around CRM best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features available can be a bit overwhelming for people not used to CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing our organisation to keep all our customer information in one single place, making it easy to answer.
Just starting, but loving it!

It is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

we are still using other systems to, so not everything is in HubSpot.

We are just at the beginning of streamlining our processes and this is a huge first step.
Easy out of the box-ish crm
What do you like best about the product?
What i really like from the sales hib is that the implementation is not complex and within a couple of weeks you can hace a crm that works and will help you optimize your sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes irs limited the amount of complex things you cam do but they can be fixed with with workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales optimization, pipeline management and forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
We like ease of visually managing our lead and deal pipelines, and our reps enjoy using the Sales Workspace as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about Sales Hub, but there are some improvements that could be made in saving and pushing leads views to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub helps our reps action timely follow ups and manage their pipelines more effectively.

Hubspot sales is at the center of all our sales activity. From tracking our demos, calls, and pipeline. We use it as our source of truth and a place to centralize all our data.

Reporting could be improved. We hit limitations with reporting.

Sometimes it can feel a bit limiting on customization as your sales process grows more complex.

It’s helping streamline our sales process by centralizing data, automating follow-ups, and giving clear pipeline visibility—making it easier to close deals faster and more efficiently.

I’ve utilized Hubspot Sales, Ops, and Service across 2 companies and have been impressed by their constant growth and evolution to meet customer needs.

Keeping data in sync can be difficult sometimes across objects.

Hubspot helps me organize our customer information, track deals, build reporting, and monitor KPIs.

I dont like how it relies on my coworkers to keep their pipelines clean - excited for AI to help with this!
