Hubspot hits the spot!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is highly intuitive and deceptively powerful. It does everything we need it to do and it integrates with our other systems well. The support has been terrific and it has been a huge help to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've been having is getting some of the more seasoned sales reps to take advantage of the automation functionality. We have several "no school like the old school" reps that are taking a bit longer to embrace the advantages, but this is no fault of Hubspots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm primarily using Hubspot to improve our marketing efforts to support the sales cycle. Prior to Hubspot we had little visibility into the funnel which limited our availability to forecast, plan, and assist as needed. We're still early in our Hubspot transition, but we're already seeing benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this software is that we can communicate with our friends and especially our clients as well through the HubSpot. This software is super intuitive because it allows us to create the complex schemes for our marketing automation and it also help us to enhance our business in a more efficient way. The best benefit that this software provides us is that it tracks all the emails with my customer. Hence HubSpot provides a unique platform to manage the both sales and marketing activities. This software also provides the great opportunity that we can easily sent the emails to our clients for the best customer relationship service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first problem that the beginner’s learner faced that it is very expensive software. And that’s why it is difficult for the beginners to purchase this software. It would be best for it that it would be more affordable, and we can easily send our emails to our clients in a better way. Another problem that we faced while using this software that while I was able to schedule my post but many times it failed to post many days. But to conclude that the HubSpot is the fully featured marketing automation system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is that it has the great platform to manage the both sales and the marketing activities. Another best thing is that it provides the great opportunity that we can easily sent the emails to our clients for the best customer relationship service. Moreover, I can easily track all my emails with my customer in a more efficient way. I would recommend this software because the HubSpot is the fully- featured marketing automation system.

What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile, HubSpot CRM is visual and intuitive. It is perfect to keep the information of our contacts and daily activities organized in a simple way. It allows the customization of the email sequences, an action that optimizes the interaction with customers and leads. Integration with Gmail increases its effectiveness. So far, I like the services it provides to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I have not experienced operating problems. In fact, it improves workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use. Pipeline management is simple, HubSpot helps us monitor the most important aspects of sales.

It is a service that offers many integrations, making it easy to adapt to any workflow.

I love HubSpot's intuitiveness. When you think logically about how you want something to work, odds are that HubSpot's built-in tools have thought of that and it's already there for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling and dialling out could be improved. I'm used to outreach and programs like that so it would be nice to see a bit more flexibility and readiness when it comes to going through tasks for the day,.

We are redoing our whole sales process, and HubSpot has been a huge help for us with it. the Hubspot Academy is also great for learning how to use it to its full advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is organized and well structured. Hubspot tries to solve every possible problem you have and even if they don't offer a certain service, they will make sure that they give you alternative options to help solve your problem.
However, what I like best about Hubspot is not only the software itself but the people behind it; the customer service that they provide is spectacular and really beneficial. it is made sure that you are not lost at any step of the way.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet, and I highly doubt I will, face any problems in Hubspot CRM. There is an explanation for everything to make sure that every task or even problem can be solved.
The response quality is very high in which everything can be explained and simplified, that way, you would face the minimum amount of obstacles while using the CRM

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned to organize my customer database, be able to follow up on them, track my connections with them and store information between me and my team to help us serve that customer more efficiently.
I can even track actions done on emails sent and respond accordingly and all this has made my relationship with customers way better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is best to use the learning center to understand the tools that are available. the learning center is not only to teach you how to use the platform, but also to teach the different ways in which you can benefit your business.
A transformer for our business.
What do you like best about the product?
As a CEO, I am able to see performance of our team and sales. I can see what's in the pipeline, which emails get the best response, how our marketing efforts are performing and clear visibility. It integrates with other platforms we are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails are not deliverable because they are coming from HubSpot or get filtered to where a customer won't see them. Reps and support seem to have a month waiting list to get time with them on the phone. Wish it were more immediate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are that we can see history with our clients. We can track how long it took to close. We can task ourselves to make sure we are following up with them. We can enroll them in automated sequences and track everything. Great for our team, save them tons of time and also keeps them efficient and it's very intuitive.
Not for the inexperienced
What do you like best about the product?
Availability of support teams and the ability to customize functionalities. The automation and task management is what I am most looking forward to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training is almost wonderful - but covers too much with not enough "do-it-yourself" examples to actually learn how to do what you are being told about. The "quizzes" don't help to retain the info. Some of the examples are too broad and don't make sense if your company does not fit neatly into a common box.

Automation needs in team tasks and also customer facing communications. Tracking customer outreach. Keeping up with our customer requests. Storing customer data. We are still in implementation stage and are moving very slowly, so we have not yet realized any benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely hire a freelance specialist, consultant, or vendor service team to help with implementation. The Implementation Specialist is not as helpful as it seems they may be up front at actual implementation, they are more of a guide.
Great Organizational Tool and Easy Interfaced CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the mobile application when at a convention or on the go. I was also a fan of the free option, as a trailblazer of tech in the argiculutural side of things, I found it useful to bring them up to speed and share an account of contacts across the team I was on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked losing all of my contacts after being not active for a while. I also did not see an export or CSV option when I was utilizing it, which is handy when analyzing the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to organize the customer database and loved the interface it had. Usually, I am working in the spreadsheet environment, which is great for large sets of data- but it is difficult when updating. This is where Hubspot is nice and user friendly!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest when an account goes inactive, to see over a download of the contacts
A best platform to manage leads
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is very useful we can easily manage our customer leads in it. Send automated email replies to them. Do follow-ups with very easily, in short, it enhances the user experience. Very easy to collect leads which can be potential customers all we need to do is design a pop-up form which contains various fields according to our requirement that can we integrated into the web application or website very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using its free version which is very limited features and the paid versions are little costlier for me. It sometimes cuts calls to customers when we accidentally close the mobile number tab in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, I find very difficult to collects leads which can be my potential customers and managing those leads but with Hubspot CRM it becomes very easy. Now I have integrated a pop-up form into the website which is very easy to configure we can choose the design, pop-up time just need to add a little script into header or footer of the website after this we are all set.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good platform to manage leads and grow one's business. Provide various features like email marketing, campaign/lead management, easy to integrate. Easy to generate reports of sales to analysis and customer behaviour accordingly we can plan our future sales pitch so more leads can be converted into customers. It has mobile application also we can manage all the activities from the app.

I love HubSpot that is a real suite, a complete software, I don't need anyone else to meet all my marketing and sales goals.
Many people prefer to assemble this suite between various programs, and they may save a little money but when you don't want to waste time among many tools, having compatibility problems or anything that delays you the best is a single super program integrated that does everything. HubSpot makes it and that's why I like it so much.
Beyond speaking well of each outstanding feature of hubspot I prefer to highlight how geared the system and how excellently functional it is. I prefer to pay only once even if it is a higher payment but I have everything in one without problems and well integrated.

Unfortunately despite being a whole suite it still lacks maturation in the most advanced part. It does not meet the most demanding tasks, those that only large companies require, so normally they prefer to opt for a more advanced alternative or develop their own system adapted to their needs. Wanting to meet all the needs and being so multifunctional may have allowed them to span more field, but the problem is that it leaves them powerless to increase the depth of their functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that HubSpot has solved in our company is the compatibility between marketing programs. Before we used to use many tools to achieve all our sales and marketing goals, even though we achieved it, we often had countless compatibility issues between these programs, or they showed results and recommendations different and in some opposite cases. Now with HubSpot we forget about that as it is a single system that does it all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to forget to use 10 different platforms to achieve your goal and prefer to implement a single multinational system to do it all in one place, but you don't have the money to send it to develop then you should opt for HubSpot. It may not be as advanced as a custom-designed platform but it's much more than those programs separately. It is an intermediate option that fits the vast majority of needs.
