Simple and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Keep track of tasks on PC and Mobile. Very easy to manage the deal pipeline and also to monitor the team's progress on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app lacks lot of functionality and has great scope for improvement. When contacts are assigned by one executive to another, the ownership transfer process takes a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't miss potential customers as I can easily keep track of contacts, previous conversations and associated tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very powerful yet simple tool to monitor and maintain the clietns of a company.

Intuitive, expansive product

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to connect Hubspot to other platforms we use, and how adaptable it is for our use cases. The collaboration tools are also really useful. The automation capabilities are also fantastic-the sequences save our team so much time. The notifications in real time when someone is engaging with our content are also immensely helpful. This allows our sales team to be the most effective, and since we don't have full-time sales staff yet, it really helps balance workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any yet. The platform has met my expectations. Perhaps the reporting options could be a little more robust, but for the most part we can get what we need out of the product and its integrations with our other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it both to track existing and potential customer activity, and we're using cases to manage client projects. It's been great to have the ability to do both of these things in one place. We are able to see the effectiveness of our marketing efforts in real time, and make adjustments on the fly. We also appreciate the integrated suggestions to make our messages more personal.

Great product, highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
Data management and reporting allow you to manage and queue prospects based on a number of factors to ensure the best use of your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online aspect of the CRM means that when your internet is down, your CRM is too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage pipelines and prospects in a way which can be easily reported, analysed and worked efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Introduced HubSpot to replace spreadsheets and notes for all our clients. Now everything is tracked and accessible in one place making life much easier and everything more efficient and productive
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to keep signing in within Gmail to keep everything tracked, particularly in a shared inbox

As above, have to remember to keep signing in in Gmail to keep everything tracked

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to automate intelligent communication with dozens of segments of my consumers, with the click of a button. Even more, it's not just linear communication paths - "if this then that" is a huge part of my email strategy, and Hubspot allows me to build in a never-ending number of variable follow up communication depending upon the actions of each person in my CRM database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about Hubspot is their customer service tends to be a bit slow, which I assume is because they are so busy with so many customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we have become an infinitely more intelligent organization when it comes to communications with customers and prospects based on what we know they are interested in, without burdening them with information they won't respond to. It's shortened our path to purchase and pushed more qualified prospects through the funnel quicker, cheaper, and more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity, and the friendly UI/UX makes your day to day work feel so smooth

When you CRM solution grows larger, as large it becomes as more third party integrations you need

as I had a Startup previously, I needed a CRM solution to help me cover my customers' needs. It's one of the top CRM solutions for small to mid-range startups

What do you like best about the product?
Was able to try it out for free first and allowed me to automate a lot of sales and website activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs a lot to upgrade to a plan to get more access to better tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to keep track and monitor customers in the sales process with analytics too.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is simple, clean, and easy to use. The support (whether you're a paying customer or not) is superb. I've been using Hubspot at the company I work for a long with my own companies for years and love how intuitive it is. I haven't had a bad experience so far with hub spot. I can't think of anything else I wish they had at the moment other than the ability to change the meeting link URL. If that could get fixed I'm sold. While I do pay for Hubspot with some companies, I have a couple of small businesses that I use hubspot with and the limited meeting link functionality is a pain :|
What do you dislike about the product?
I REALLY dislike the fact that if you're on the free plan you can't delete your Meeting URL once it's created. This causes an issue when you want to change the Meeting URL, which you can't do. This is a big flaw I wish would be addressed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of customers and emails. Staying on top of your customer is tough but hubspot makes it manageable. We also use hubspot for meetings, follow-up, tracking emails, customer details and a number of other things. Over all we spend a lot of time in hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. Try it. You'll love it. It's a great product. Yes, you may outgrow it one day but if you do, good for you!! Hubspot is an amazing product.

It Makes Lead Generation a Dream

What do you like best about the product?
The initial dashboard when you log in provide huge amounts of information in just a snapshot, from new contacts to sessions and top emails. It gives everything you need in an instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of layers and complex systems which means it can end up taking a fairly long time to truly learn and remember all of the functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to run all of my marketing campaigns with obvious ROI and look at new information i wouldn't have usually had with our previous marketing CRM system.

Affordable and easy, with many integrations

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive, it's a well known brad company, and most of product offer integration with the Hubspot CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
The price gap between the starter plan and the professional is quite big ($450), making it hard to afford when escalating the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using it as a regular CRM, and then involved internal process that can be tracked and reported through the automatic process
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM is a good platform to start for small companies looking for a professional product with the costs of a small one. Just keep in mind that extending the license might increase your costs quite a bit
