Very professional to track all you performance
What do you like best about the product?
This is really a easiest software to track your all calls, sms, deals and contacts. It's very professional yet easy to track for your managment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The progress of others in team should be visible to all, the software should be made flexible, please add more options in call note and email note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good to track my all calls, sms and email I made to connect with my clients. I can see the progress, I can write a follow-up note and many features which I have to say add value to save my time and make me more productive at work by saving my time.

It's really very professional software to track your all performance, for individual and organization. Can go for it.
Excellent CRM for our growing team
What do you like best about the product?
Appcues has been using HubSpot since the early days (under 10 employees). Now as we approach 80 employees, it's still widely adopted across our Sales, Success, and Marketing team. Creating and managing tasks is very easy and helps me deliver personalized email touches on a regular cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to run more complex reports to find quality leads that haven't been officially handed off to Sales yet. Furthermore, the advanced parts of the software (workflows, lists) are not easy to learn. Wish there was an easier way to de-dupe leads (when one company can have multiple contacts rotated across the sales team).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing pipeline, prospect communications, email open notifications, etc. It's immensely valuable for me to run efficient and effective sales processes.

The Zoho Crm is not just a Crm it's s a CMS as well, it's a good crm and a all in one content marketing tool.

Though it has many features but they are hard to find and not very well organised, moreover few essential features comes with a very multiple level of upgradation of subscription

Using it for lead gen, creating website landing pages, using it for email marketing.

The onboarding software is awesome to use and they set you up with someone that can answer any questions you have.

There is a lot that hubspot can do. Sometimes I feel lost in all the features.

There are many ways to interact with customers, e.g. the calling function. Also, the CRM provides many ways to interact with customers and save their contact details.
Also, the free plan is awesome if you want to try HubSpot first.

The user interface is very complicated and if you're new to HubSpot, it's pretty hard to find the things you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with keeping all our customer's contact details, so we loaded them into HubSpot and they were all at one place. Also, we tracked all our tasks, which can be quite useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love all the genius tracking options there are for sending personal emails out to prospects. You can track opens!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they have so many different purchase tiers. On the more basic one, you can barely have enough email open tracking and document uploads. For small business and start ups, a less expensive package would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I start adding a new leads, they are automatically opted in to our email marketing, so that part is great. The best are the tracking capabilities, did someone actually open my email? And when you send a document, did someone actually read it all or only see a few pages. Which pages interested them the most?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, I have been very impressed with using HubSpot. The free options they provide in general, are cool tracking related. Take a look and give it a try. It will come in handy for sure!
Hubspot - Great for small business and marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The absolutely terrific inbound training resources that Hubspot makes available. A small business can quickly get to speed on inbound marketing, SEO and other topics through their certification program
What do you dislike about the product?
How there is always a push to integrate Hubspot into a businesses website and landing pages, making it like pulling teeth if a businesses chooses to use another product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some difficulties with the UI. However, the sales CRM side of the product is intuitive and easy to use. However, I feel that these should be more integrated, for a first click to close marketing-sales flow
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you carefully consider other CRM platforms when considering Hubspot, especially in regards to retaining your own data.

Honestly, the employees and on boarding staff we've worked with. For the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team promised capabilities that are not possible in our tier. Double thumbs down to greedy companies. We had to integrate multiple tools into HubSpot to have it preform in a way that's acceptable for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales team said SaaS companies have signed up and thrived with HubSpot. The one thing we wanted...finance projections...is unattainable at the tier we signed up for. But we were assured by the sales team this tier would include what we needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be completely transparent on what services you need the CRM to fill. After on boarding, be ASSURED you have every tool you need included in your tier package.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes creating a pipeline easy to do and update. It is very user-friendly which makes my sales role a breeze! I am able to set it up in a manner that works best for me.

I haven't found anything that I don't like and have been using the product for over a year.

I now have a consistently updated sales pipeline. I particularly like task reminders that keep me on track.
It also provide you with easy ways to create templates for emails and add additional information categories to contacts. I like that it plugs in company information and logos when you create companies. It also prevents any information duplication by noting if you've created a contact or company prior or with a similar name. The key benefit for me has been that it keeps me on track and I don't miss important opportunities because of the tasks/reminders.

Brilliant solution for a beginner
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is intelligent, integrated and automated. When adding a company, Hubspot searches for company information for me. When sending or receiving emails from Outlook, hubspot associates them to the correct companies and people. They offer a free responsive email creator, forms creator, Deals creator, support ticket creator, reminders, notify you when your emails are opened and when links are clicked on. All at no cost!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to find anything that I really dislike. I would love to upgrade to the premium account to access more amazing functionality, but being only 1 person I cannot justify this at the moment. It is amazing and so so much appreciated that so many resources and tools are made available at no cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording of my marketing material, sales information, client database, click rates. Everything on one simple and easy to use interface. This has made my start in sales and marketing so much less daunting and is proving invaluable to my job. I cannot praise Hubspot enough!!!

Give the free version a try. You will never again consider another CRM system! There are so so many apps that integrate and Hubspot makes your life so much easier! The free version is so comprehensive, Hubspot is amazingly generous in their offering and I remain a loyal and enthusiatic user. The learning academy is comprehensive and invaluable, at no cost!
