Implementation of a new CRM and marketing outreach software
What do you like best about the product?
Flow of deals is great on this product. Quick and easy to use and integrate to gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cutomization options seem tricky at first. Seems to take a while to get us up and running, but to be fair it is a big task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff accountable on one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it with a small group of testers first and become experts. Then add the rest of your team.
Good experience globaly - easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the template - sequences features - it really help me to save a lot of time when I prospect - I also like the deal dashboard - it help us to define the priority of the month and we can focus on the leads which have a good chance to convert
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the company part. When I add a new contact, hubspot automatically associates this lead to a company. If the company doesn't exist Hubspot will create it. The problem is when I import 3 or 4 leads from the same company, Hubspot will sometimes create 2 or 3 different companies, even if this lead has the same email address structure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving are: organize all our leads and define some priorities. Hubspot also help us in our financial projection

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the tool I want I like the most. It's easy to use and easy to understand as someone who is using it for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can have a few more features for cold outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, I am able to have all the information of a prospect on the same page including their LinkedIn information. So, When I am about to call the prospect and want to check their Linkedin Page at the same time you can do all of that from the same tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the CRM can be integrated with other sales tech tools ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reports dashboard was a little more dynamic with other features as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking of every step in the cadence has made it very useful. The best benefit of using HubSpot is time efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Hubspot CRM is that it provides you with all the useful tools for email marketing campaigns, for regular sales emails, and great analytic tools, through which you can use the ones that are already made by the CRM and create new ones based on your preferences.
Another thing I believe is very useful is the Deals Dashboard, used to track progress and analyze how different businesses and projects are moving along internally.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I least like about Hubspot CRM would be that there isn't an option to attach Offline contacts to a campaign. It's s crucial to know how my offline marketing campaigns are performing, therefore I believe they should add this feature as soon as possible. Another thing I would add is that there isn't the option to create child and parent campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for the whole Sales & Marketing team (along with the Operations team) to have a view of what's going on, what stage we are at in general and with certain prospects and actual clients, etc.
It helps to track the progress of the marketing campaigns, and for sure helps in the Sales process because it monitors and tracks all the sales activities, and creates great reports to analyze the performance.
It is also very useful for daily activities, for which you are provided with great templates, snippets, the option to create your own task reminders, suggestions on how to creat a good email marketing (adding links, adding option to book a meeting, email body suggestions, etc.)

My advice is that if you or your team want to have a great tool for Sales and Inbound Marketing automation, Hubspot CRM is great. I have been using it for a year and have learned so much of it thanks to their support team and the Online Trainings that are provided through their platform.
Excellent Integration with Google Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I think it provides great insights into prospect activity and it integrates perfectly with google suite allowing me to schedule emails, receive reminders to follow up with prospects and leverage templates easily to save time when I draft emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues with prospect activity at times in which it tells me that a prospect has opened or engaged with my emails when in fact it was me who was looking over the email. The more accurate the prospect activity feedback, the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's faster to draft emails and I have great insight into the type of engagement my prospects have with my emails.
Decent CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to link Hubspot to other tools like email,program email automation etc.

Reports only available in paid a accounts

I use crm in two ways:
1) to register my communication with clients, mainly the agenda and issues discussed on monthly meetings
2) to asses and evaluate the follow up processes of sales teams of our clients and identify areas of opportunity to drive the results

What do you like best about the product?
It has capabilities to integrate and develop content adapted to a sales system such as to edit emails and work groups. Basic and simple CRM. I did not have to go through as long as a training as compared to salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
It can improve aspects such as the evaluation and the final design of each project; as well as access. the customer support is the worst. I try to talk to customer support for trouble shooting, and they just keep you on the line for a long time. Then when I schedule something, the rep does not even show up.

It has capabilities to integrate and develop content adapted to a sales system such as to edit emails and work groups.

Easy to use and scalable service to fulfill all clients' requirements

I make a ton of calls every day so the queue makes it really easy to plan out my day and quickly go through calls

Wish you could pin more than one note at the top. I've tried to pin a note next to someone else's note that were both highly relevant and can only pin one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way to track what customers/potential customers you have reached out to. Love that you can see the activity from everyone, so the whole sales department isn't hitting the same person within a week. You can see what activity they've received and how they have interacted.
Amazing and powerful software if you can overcome the limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is powerful. I try to put off having to move to salesforce for as long as possible. Having all the sales tools and marketing tools in one place is awesome for our sales team.
I love using smart lists and automations as well as using Zapier to create custom functionality. You can be a one man army of you can do those things really well.
The progressive profiling is great. I like segmenting customers by their behavior to map out progress through the buyers journey.
But the biggest thing is that its a very powerful suite of tools that is easy for our sales reps to take advantage of.
We use things like sequences and vidyard all the time. I can customize the crm to force compliance of our sales process too.

Hubspot's feature set is like a very wide river that is deep in a couple places, very shallow in some, and of moderate depth in most areas.
It does bug me that they often don't follow through with making features truly great but instead just check the box on the most important stuff and move on to develop new features to charge more for.
I have been able to overcome it's shortcomings with tons of automations, web hooks and Zapier and even a couple very simple custom developed tools.
If it weren't for that it would be substantially less valuable to me.
And its easier to make it powerful and what I want than trying to customize salesforce.
