What do you like best about the product?
They offer a free package that works great and gets the job done. The software works well with other tools like email integration

There isn’t an easy way to access the Crm on mobile

Hubspot is a user friend CRM. Keeping track of your most important data.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of Hubspot into inbound email leads and the tracking of all client communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
My favorite feature also does cause some issues with the lead creation sometime creating duplicate records. This then leads to someone needing to go in and merge the records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, sales and current customers of our SAaS solution. We track everything from Marketing, Account Management and Sales through Hubspot. We are looking into adding the ticketing system as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is an excellent complete solution. I do think that it could improve in the areas of data cleanliness and think that there is quite the learning curve. But all in all it is a fantastic solution and can become an excellent CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is an excellent platform that provides me with help in business management since it automatically performs the most essential tasks in my work: email logging, manages all the data I handle, and best of all, records all my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very powerful software although I would love for them to integrate an internal chat that allows me direct connection with my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM brings me closer to my customers and helps me attract potential clients, which generates more sales for my company. It assists me with the distribution and evaluation of each potential client. Hubspot CRM is excellent in campaign management, and this helps us efficiently track our clients, following the sources and interactions of each one. The most important thing is that it helps us maintain a reliable digital administration, eliminating the tedious manual task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
How can I not recommend Hubspot CRM if it helps me manage my company quickly and capture potential clients through its automatic Marketing integration? Through this, I can track visits.

helps turn into an improved informational organization. improved customer service . We can help automate everyday tasks . means greater efficiency for multiple teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Though low adoption rates are more of a side effect than a standalone issue, it does contribute to the general perception that most CRMs suck. That’s because low user adoption makes the experience even worse for reps who do try to use and stick with the system.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot CRM To manage all my leads and clients. What I like best is the automation capability that it has with Zapier. I am able to update a lead’s status/value based off interaction from another event, using zapier and hubspot automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is definitely the limitation due to packages. The other packages (Sales) are very expensive

Hubspot CRM has helped me organize my leads in a way that I couldn’t before. When I run a Facebook ad to generate leads, I have it automatically add to hubspot

I would say that they should really consider Hubspot CRM.
Our sales and marketing team recently got hubspot and are using a lot of the services they offer.
What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful to track leads, write meeting notes, and I really love how easy it is to navigate for first time users. They have a lot of helpful videos to help the process of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long their videos are for onboarding, it's helpful but can take up a lot of time

I think you should definitely use it, it's made our whole teams lives easier.

I love the dashboard of my contacts and how I can add other queries to help me qualify my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is often maintenance work on hubspot which makes it so I can't do my job because we rely highly on the site to do our job

Amazing product!!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is by far the easiest CRM system I have used. It streamlines the entire sales process and helps keep those involved on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes, but it's only been 2 or 3 times since March (Now late October) so it's been very rare.

Helps keep everyone organized and on the same page with prospects and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track all of my client interactions easily with the HubSpot CRM. The plugin makes it easy to track my emails, opens, and create a timeline of conversations to create context for each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the plugin does not work on Firefox. That is a bit of a letdown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to avoid issues of miscommunications and save a bunch of time using the email templates available.

This is one of the easiest CRMs to use and has more flexibility than all the others on the market.
