My experience on Hubspot was over expectations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like almost all features on Hubspot. I had the chance to use the full software provide by Hubspot (CRM, Marketing Automation Platform and CMS) the integration is seemless and all the components are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably dislike the way we are relaunched about the report of your use when everything is correct. I also don't like the way we are given explanation about the pricing when the number of contacts increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost all your problem of managing the customer relationship, the monitoring of the onboarding and the customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool to share information efficiently for my contacts, I like it because it is very easy to use for anyone and you don't need to be an expert to get good results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I do not like since it is a complete platform, simple and easy to use, that due to its excellent functions I have not had any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed me to have constant communication with our clients, notifying me who has read and who has not e-mails so as not to send many sequences, it is a fairly complete software adapted to my needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is very easy to use, you will not need to be an expert to learn the way of this great application, give it the opportunity you will not regret it as it is an easy, complete and safe tool.

What I like most about HubSpot is that it has an excellent user interface, giving me a very comfortable stay to make my sequences and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to my experience with HubSpot I have not been able to witness any difficulty with regard to its functionalities, since it is a fairly complete and easy to use application being very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, it has helped me to obtain good results with the sale of the products, allowing me to share information quickly, safely and easily to my clients.

If you are looking for an application that allows you to make a large number of paths quickly, easily and safely, HubSpot CRM is for it will be very useful for any company, large or small, as it will adapt to your needs.

Keeps all of the contacts, lists, and notes in one place for the whole team to utilize.

Sometimes it can be nonuser-friendly. One problem is not being able to add multiple contacts to the same sequence.

The benefits outweigh any problems we do have with it. One problem is not being able to add multiple contacts to the same sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it links the emails and the google calendar so I just have one place to go to see everything and not any type of swivel chair

I dislike that when I close a task I have to create a new one, wish that was automatic.

What do you like best about the product?
HubStpot is very easy to use, it makes it more efficient to take out the sequences, it helps us save time and the forms, it can be tracked, it also has a section of offers where to see all the sales opportunities, its use is very easy increasing the number of emails to send, it makes the growth of our business very easy, we can know who has seen our emails so as not to send the same emails to the same people, I like it because they also have to make calls, record it see all The information in the CRM helping professionals increasing productivity and the results of sales calls, can also be integrated with your Gmail, I can track performance, productivity, sales interactions.

At the moment of HubSpot I do not have any negative comment since it is a complete software very easy to use thanks to its interface that is very intuitive offering me good functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, it has helped us in time management, increasing the productivity of our sales 10 times more, it has helped me to increase the amount of our customers solving the problems of those who have really read my emails, it helps me to focus less on Resend the emails to the same people.

Use Hubspot is very easy to use because it has an understandable interface, it will not be necessary to be an expert to use it, you will like it for any company, large or small, it has a fair price. HubSpot will adapt to your needs, you will not regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to set up the tracking code and implement it without the assistance of developers. In fact I implemented the code myself using Google Tag Manager and was up and running in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn’t play equally in all browsers. Google chrome works a treat but if our potential customers are using Microsoft edge or explorer it doesn’t always show the web chat facility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have picked up a number of leads that would otherwise never become conversations. Being there in the moment to answer a prospects’ question has made a big difference.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is easy to use, intuitive and also most importantly feature rich. Entering and managing a lead is very easy. Quota management and forecasting is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not suitable for all types of businesses. Inbound marketing could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and tracking of opportunities has become easy

Use it if you want an effective lead management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Hubspot is the ability to create associated records, so that communications can be tracked and linked across contacts. I find that function very useful while project managing as it allows me to easily keep a thorough paper trail between client, supplier, subcontractor etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the way it will automatically create a company contact page if a 'contact' has a business email address. For example, if my clients email address is their company address then a page will be created automatically in the company section (and Hubspot will have sourced info from the web to fill out the logo etc). I find this a bit frustrating. Especially when a contact has a personal email address and it does it (eg having an AOL email address and Hubspot sourcing the AOL logo as the client profile photo).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been amazing as my tem has grown. It has helped us develop watertight communications during our projects. Having a clear paper trail has meant the whole team is able to easily stay in the loop. It has also meant we've been able to troubleshoot more efficiently when problems have arisen or errors have been made.

there are many things you can do with hubspot crm, not many things you cant, i liked that it can be linked to many accounts

there are so many features that it is hard to find where things are sometimes, and sometimes things you think would be in one place you have to find in a complicated way

it tracked everything so we could stay organized and on top of things when clients called in
