HubSpot the most complete and easy to use tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot since I am a web page designer and I love it a lot because it allows me to make sequences and templates and at the same time track it, I love it a lot because it has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface making our company's productivity easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have no negative aspects regarding its operation only that the payment of membership is a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot we have increased the number of email sequences for our customers, helping to increase our productivity exponentially, I do not need to be an expert to enjoy this application perfectly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is one of the best tools that every company should have, whether large or small, since it is very easy to use, has marketing automation functions and has excellent support. Give HubSpot a chance you won't regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to see when emails are opened, track my full sales pipeline, transfer the information into reporting really easily and understand a full picture of where the business is at. Also great for automating email lists!
What do you dislike about the product?
The support can be slow with Hubspot - you don't have a personalized account manager so it's just with the service desk. You also have to ask if you want specific workflows creating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see how full sales pipeline from start to finish. I can report back to my board on targets for key individuals. I can also have a full understanding of our client portfolio, and manage individual sales.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, Hubspot is very useful. I'm into sales and managing all the leads and having a track of each lead status is next to impossible without CRM. My whole team is on Hubspot and it's a great platform to manage everything from the companies sales and marketing deals and calculate the actual gain and loss.
This also helpful for the report generation and to keep the record why we lose the deal.

What do you like best about the product?
HUBSPOT, HAS VERY CLEAN LINES AND IS MUCH EASIER TO READ AND WORK THROUGH ON A DAY TO DAY RATHER THAN MOST CRM COMMONLY FOUND IN THE MARKET PLACE. OUR TEAM FUNCTIONS DAILY THROUGH HUBSPOT WITH EASE, COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

ALTHOUGH, I DO WISH THE FILTER OPTIONS WHERE EASIER TO TAB THROUGH. EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS TO BE UP TO PAR.

The simple user interface and highly accurate reporting features.

Some features might not respond at certain times.

The trackability of follow-ups and visibility to customer actions helps a lot in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
In general I like Hubspot the good friendly and simple interface that shows the user, I really find it comfortable and easy to use. I also like how this tool synchronizes with my Outlook email allowing me to be even more organized. Compared to other similar applications, Hubspot has allowed me to save time and work more efficiently. I love this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that I have been using HubSpot I can assure you that it has not presented me with major inconveniences, however, the system can be very slow sometimes and it takes everything longer. On the other hand, I can say that I do not dislike anything else and that it is a very complete tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general I obtained excellent benefits and the most important in saving time to obtain fast and reliable results. HubSpot CRM has helped me organize my emails and calls in a unique way, which has allowed me to maintain good communication with my clients.

I would recommend 100% HubSpot friends, since using this platform it has changed my life, it has allowed me to save time which translates into profit for my business. It is simply magnificent, try it!

I like it a lot because I have increased the number of mailings, I also like that it has a function to know who has read and who has not e-mails, I like it a lot because I have greatly increased my productivity.

At hubSpot I do not have any negative aspect at this time as it is an application that has adapted to my needs, with great functions without any difficulty.

Hubspot has helped me increase my productivity exponentially since it has solved a lot of my problems such as sending a large number of sequences giving me information about who has read and who has not, also helping me to have good communication with my clients and find new businesses .

If you are considering HubSpot CRM to perform mail sequences in a simple, safe and reliable way, you are in the correct application since it gives you that and a variety of functions, try it you will not regret it.

Not to confuse free with freedom

Basic function of a crm with the advantage of having a free version...which has been made mainly to get you to use Hubspot's automation marketing suite... That's fair enough.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Search by keywords not working (which is frankly not practical for those who need to find a contact)
- Use for very primary B2B key account sales (but for this point it is the case of all the CRM I have been able to use: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Soho, Siebel, Agile CRM)
