Simple, Easy and Automated
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and easy to navigate. Creating and completing tasks in Hubspot saves me a lot of time and energy, especially when it comes to researching a contact or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with LinkedIn can use some improvement. Also, most of the default settings are meant for Pre-Sales teams and are not necessarily created with Post-Sales in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automatically assign leads and tasks to team members is a huge relief for our team. This takes away any ambiguity and uncertainty when working on accounts. Also, having the ability to set specific follow-up reminders and creates notes on accounts is great for visibility. Ultimately, having all the data we need on an account to make our outreach more personal and consistent is a huge plus. Not just for our team, but also for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The initial set-up and training offered by Hubspot are second to none. The support and product team take their customer reviews and recommendations seriously and are very quick to change or add services and products as the community requests them .
Hubspot Sales Hub is an excellent resource for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, powerful, easy to grow with, my favorite part is the drag and drop flexibility of hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little too simple, lacking featurues and beenfits that other CRM's may have, sometimes the pricing can becoming a little tedious and annoying but overall there free plan is just enough for the smalll business owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective sales management, organization, great way to keep track of sales teams, it has allowed us to feed more leads into our pipeline and close more sales much fast. Overall, it is a wonderful platform.
Creative Use of Hubspot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to keep up with a high number of customers and tons of details in a more efficient and streamlined way!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some pieces that don't feel well integrated. Many parts of Hubspot allow easy "cloning" but deals/meetings do not. It is not easy to quickly integrate properties into emails if they are not already part of the template, I wish you could type @ and quickly type a property. I wish tasks were visible from the easy deals preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing many intricate details, efficient contact of clients. We also creatively utilize the Sales hub/pipelines to manage clients beyond the sale. I have created a service hub type purpose within what we were able to afford with the sales hub. Additional management pipelines allow us to manage customer service experience and study management with no dollar amount tied to the deals for existing clients.
Hubspot is gamechanger for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, follow-ups, seamless integration with Facebook, email, woo commerce and WordPress
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is little bit heavy and the onboarding process for new people takes some time but after it is very nice. Pricing is little bit tricky and I had to focus a lot in order to choose best price/features setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main issue was lack of follow ups, and lot of time spent on manual work in order to get in touch with potential customers. Right now we are using sequences and follow ups.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most is the automation of several features, but mainly the "sequence" option. Which is great for my role specifically, where I have to send out a tons of emails to get the customers attention. Once I get a reply the sequence stops and I take over. Perfect.
Great to see teams overall performance and activity. Gives you that extra boost when you see your teammates are performing well.
The task feature is also pretty great, which kind of serves as your calendar, whenever you have a callback, meeting or simply need to get back to someone, make a task and it'll remind you to do so.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first the many options given by HubSpot can be a bit confusing, however, once you get the hang of it and with some experience, you get more fond of the fact that there are so many of them.
I've noticed for some reason that even though the language is set to English dates and time appear in another language. Also in Sequences->Scheduled the time which an email has to be sent out in for sometimes doesn't match my time (e.g. - email scheduled to be sent out for 15:30, yet it's 15:45 and it's still in queue). Apart from these minor things everything else is top notch.

Reducing the time I'd have to normally input in such activities by quite a lot.

Give it a go. It takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it eases your daily tasks quite significantly.

I like the fact it helps everything all in one spot and can help accelerate sales and compile everything in one spot.

There’s not really a dislike as it’s great features and very helpful with everything it helps do.

Solving issues with having to creative several things and doing more work and with this HubSpot sales hub I can do it all in one place. this allows you to do it all together at one spot no clicking around to other places it. how awesome is that I didn’t realize it did so much . And can help me save so much time

This is all in one place. You can lighten your load of having to compile from other places and you can do it all in this one hun . It has easy to use features and walks you thru the process and allows for even new users to navigate thru the site with ease and very appealing to all your needs . Hope you enjoy as much as I have saving time and effort being able to do work so much more efficiently.
GREAT Customer Retention and EASY TO USE TEMPLATES
What do you like best about the product?
Great usage of the templates- very user friendly and easily accessible to the tools that are needed to complete tasks. Easy mode of calling from the Hubspot layout -Also very necessary information regarding the process and or stage of the lead is a way to organize the leads in several different buckets . Hubspot provides a way to schedule the meeting from a certiain prospect's profile page at the ease of a click. Hubspot also gives you the task in order with alerts and notifications to your email. At our company we have Hubspot work with our email and calender so it shows in our calenders and emails

There is nothing I dislike so far - it is a good system that makes everything useful a great tool for a sales team
I would like a way to go ahead and open one window so it can take me from one window to another based on the prospect to another prospect so I can use it with more ease as I am calling them and entering information from where I left off unfortunatley I need to always open several windows to get to the next one and scroll up and down over and over or go to the next page the ease is not there

Sending emails quick access and entering a new templates from scratch!

VERY USER FRIENDLY AND EASY TO NAVIGATE---SO simple and easy. Great program to implement new templates and facilitate all the added features at your fingertips
Good for Small Biz
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to get started. UI is intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're fitting your process to HubSpot, not the other way around. Not great for a scaling business with specialized (and fast changing) workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A CRM tied to basic marketing and sales automation. Helps us track open rates on sales contacts and collateral. Basic sales reporting as well.
Great tool for Marketing but challenging as a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like best with HUbspot is the ease of email use and campaigns. It is really easy to set up sequences for emails to go out. Work flows are easy to set up as well making template creation a breeze. The program integrates easily with other 3rd party tools such as calendly making it easy for prospects to book right on the calendar and receive email reminders before appointments. I also that it provides transparency on when emails are read and when documents are downloaded. IT is a great tool for our marketing team, we can see what emails have the higher open and click through rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things that I dislike most with in the HUbspot CRM are that you have to work through contacts versus companies and when you have groups the concepts of parent companies doesn't exist, instead you have to create multiple contacts and associate them with one another. Hubspot also does not integrate easily for billing purposes with Zoura or docusign to complete the check out processes. There are a lot of work arounds that need to be implemented to use as a complete CRM system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot we were solving the problem of lead generation and organization. IT was put in to place to make prospecting easier for the SDR team. It also allows our team to see when emails are opened, read, and downloaded so we can see how effect our marketing campaigns are and when a prospect has opened an email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IF you are a new organization with a small amount of leads this is a great place to start. Or if you do a lot of email campaigns this is a great CRM for your organization.
Good for outbounding, not great for managing pipe

I like that the email features are easy to use and repeatable.

Pipeline views are not the clearest at all.
