Hubspot has definitely helped me be more efficient in my role.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy managing of contacts and companies. Very friendly dashboards to view your pipeline progression.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences only allow 50 contacts per sequence now, used to be more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better overview of my pipeline. Very helpful for ABM focus

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to view contacts, deals, and current engagements. They provide different pages/interfaces for different types of tasks and it's very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to cycle through contacts the same way there was a way to cycle through tasks. When I send out a large marketing email, and I find a contact who hasn't gotten it, it can be hard sometimes to find a way for them to receive that email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't have all the features/functionality I would like. Don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful, productive tool, but the more I use it, the more familiar I become with it, and then the more I wish I had the ability to do certain things to make my life easier.
Sequences Work Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up a sequence and then leave it on autopilot. I also like how I can make tailoring edits prior to sending a sequence to someone. That is also important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better analytics. I would like to be able to see a list of all who responded or clicked in one place and filter to see those who clicked and which link they clicked on. I find that the reports are currently very weak and not user friendly. The headline analytics currently available are ok but do not allow me to click and dig deeper into "those" specific respondents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting a large number of potential clients coherently.

Easiest Sales CRM for SDRs to quickly adopt
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set filters, create tasks and then add those tasks to specialized work queues. SDRs can quickly learn the CRM and be successfully reaching out to clients in a few hours - not days, weeks, or months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the document file management system was more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for sales and client outreach, it is our only CRM and is the historical record of all of our prospect and client interactions. The benefit is it allows for full transparency within our organization into all of our accounts, regardless of where they are at in the sales/client process.

Have your new users complete the sales hub and inbound marketing certification courses before using the platform.
The first sales tool that improves my process
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is intuitive and very easy to integrate into my client management process. The tools are additive and not time consuming to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting HubSpot set up for our company has been a very time consuming and often complex process for my marketing and tech teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of existing and prospective clients across our multi-location company has improved greatly. We are seeing better coordination and fewer leads are falling through the cracks.
Hubspot Makes Work Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different areas where information can be sorted and how whether you're looking for business information, or touch points and with who, it can all be sorted into its own collapsable sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates happen without noticing you and when they do, they tend to switch old things around. I wished that when it was updated, there was a 30 second tutorial telling you where everything has been rearranged. It would be helpful and give me a lot less headaches mid work day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'ms solving issues like who was the last touch point so that if I have a question on any of my Hubspot tickets, I know who to go to to ask a question. the benefit of seeing who's name is attached to which action is incredibly helpful and beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use the tutorial when first signed in. it will tremendously help you in the long run.
Easy to use, great for sales, no big issues

It is very easy to learn and use, sequences are a time saver, everything is very well connected and just really great overall
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its a bit glitchy, I have to refresh or open a new tab if searching for a contact that Hubspot told me was already a contact (by email) but it does not show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequences is a great help for automating emails and tasks. This allows me to save a lot of time.

I wish the search function was a little simpler to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use. You can easily manage deal flows and contacts. I can track my performance and see how my outreach is doing. Easily see past conversations, take notes, and set up tasks so that I can follow-up with prospects. Making phone calls and tracking said calls are very important. The fact that the conversations can be recorded and reviewed is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links to other platforms would be helpful. For example, if you can link to do a search for names LinkedIn profile. Commonly used features should be at the forefront and not require multiple clicks to find and get to. When I need to update commonly used information I need to scroll down and double click in the exact spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales make consumer communication easy. Plus can manage deal flows very efficiently.I use it every day to manage my outreach and track performance. I can see how my outreaches are performing by looking at the open rates and click rates. I then can also track who I spoke with and when the last time I reached out to somebody through the platform. If I do outreach, not through the platform I can then go back and add it in manually. It is not that hard to track the performance of all aspects of the sales funnel as well. I set reminders to follow-up on proposals sent or any other customer interaction with potential clients for anything that I have to offer.

Compare other systems, and figure what your current needs are. Hubspot works for us.
The only sales tool every rep really needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to keep track of deals, have full visibility into all our client communications, set up automated emails/sequences, and follow up tasks to stay on top of deals. Their tool is extremely user friendly and has allowed us to quickly pull detailed reports, track our various lead sources, and see which channels are converting at the highest level. I love seeing the amount of MRR I am closing on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. It also has activity feed functionality that allows me to see emails that are being opened or links that are being clicked.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to auto-enroll a large list of contacts into the same sequence. Takes too much time to enroll contacts in sequences 1 by 1. There are also limitations on the number of emails that can be included in each sequence. I wish I could create sequences with more than 5 emails. Additionally, the email tracking functionality doesn't always work properly as I'm using Gmail and the connection seems to drop every few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely user friendly and doesn't take long to get up to speed on how everything works. We are using the tool to log calls, scheduled meetings, send automated email sequences, keep notes on various deals, etc. The reporting functionality is extremely strong and allows us to easily track various deal and pipeline statuses. Also, I can see how many deals I've closed and the overall MRR tied to each deal.
