Great and complete platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to integrate HubSpot Sales to outlook. Being able to use personalise snippets, templates and share documents is super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think could get bet with a few improvements on the deals/pipeline tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We standarised all our sales process, from emails to price list, everything is organised and in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how well thought out the architecture of the software is. Object relationships, workflows, sequences, they are all very intuitive and easy to manipulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you had the ability to have custom objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot Sales Hub to track, and work with leads. Our entire Sales team is able to use it with relative ease (I can't say the same of other clunkier and older software tools).
Powerful & Fantastical
What do you like best about the product?
• HubSpot is extremely user-friendly and has a great support team! The platform is a powerful tool to automate most of your sales and marketing functions with the help of their sequences, workflows, marketing campaigns, templates, etc. making your team's work process far more effective and efficient.
• It offers ease to create contacts, tasks, and deals right from the HubSpot extension in your mailbox. It allows users to track email activities like opened, clicked on links, etc. It helps me reaching out to prospects effectively.
• The sequence tool is very impressive. The sequence analytics dashboard offers users insight into how customers perceive & interpret their emails & sequences. It helps users with the ability to analyze trends in sequence data and improve the effectiveness of their overall message & outreach.
• Another best thing is how we can upload documents, it helps us keep a track of our documents and refer whenever required.
• Appointment scheduler works great for me, it helps my prospects pick a convenient time to meet/call without any hassle.
• I haven’t explored much of possible third party integrations yet.

Since I have been using a lot of sequence mailing, my major dislikes/limitations belong here-
Would be great if the threading emails option can be customized
Increase the number of touchpoints in sequences
Contact should be allowed to be part of multiple sequences (has failed for me)
50 contacts sequence enrollment is low for me
Template-
More font options or just include Calibri
Independent default setup options in some tabs, let the users have some power to overrunning to super admins all the time.

Easy to understand, Helpful for sales + marketing integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The hands on tutorials are helpful bc they teach you have to actually do things vs. just telling you about theories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of the tutorials. Some of them are several hours to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automations are so easy with Sales Hub.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look into the different tier options and pick something that will best fit your company and it’s needs. Not everyone needs enterprise or even professional from the get-go
The Best CRM out of the rest
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on Hubspot is what sold me. I was actually able to figure out how to do templates and sequencing with the training videos I found and was able to run with it. I have used other systems, very expensive ones in my line of work and nothing even comes close to the detail that you can place in an account and the amount of times you can actually view an email being opened is priceless to my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing I dislike about this system. I wish it was around years ago when I first started out as an Account Manager!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When emailing a potential client I can easily see their level of interest by how many times they open up the emails and if they are clicking on certain links. That has been such a help to gauge how to approach certain contacts.
Great integrated CRM tool!
What do you like best about the product?
it integrates with other tools like Gmail. it's also very easy to conduct all your activities from hubspot, including emailing, calling, set up meetings, etc. and so everything is stored in one place and accessed seamlessly. with the Gmail integration you can also track all emails automatically and access task lists and action items very easily. reminders are sent via email and you can also work through your Sales Tasks in separate lists, making it easy to transition between contacts and deals.

it is new and can take some time getting used to

outreach to thousands of contacts made easy, with specific details and custom sequences, templates, scheduled emails, contact groups, etc. Management of contacts and address book has never been so simple. Various company and Deal management options as well make it very simple, as well as integration with the mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
Customized views and columns on the views help us to track every single action is taken on the deal. The more tracking options the less manual effort to close the deal. It is great to follow everything on one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool might be a bit complicated for the people who aren't used to apply the details on the prospects' histories. So training the sales team is the most crucial part to take considerable benefit from both the tool and the team. It would be nice to have a simpler interface.

With possibility of automation, remembering the necessary points on the deal activity increased the sale numbers. Easy tracking option that HubSpot Sales Hub provides helps to increase the conversion rate.

Train people who will use HubSpot Sales Hub to make the most benefit from it. Consider the users and push them to receive certificates fro Hubspot to achieve your goals.
