Very expensive CRM for your sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of functionality around customizing interface, automating workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive and you're constantly being sold to while an existing client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer rolodex, tracking interactions and the opportunity.
Mostly good. Duplicates are a frustration

Can almost be too much info! Hard to tell what is most important

Collecting communications and analyzing information to prepare for meetings

Having to create a lot of properties and being able to keep clean data.

I like the prospecting aspect. I would love to do all of my prospecting and calling straight from Hubspot

How straightforward it is. I get so much support for everything I'm confused by, which is very little because of how simple it is to understand.

Lots of stuff locked behind a paywall. Can be a little frustrating.

It helps solve organizational problems that we have and keeps us on track of meetings and tasks.

HubSpot stays on top of the latest features and processes, it's easy to use and it invests like crazy into user education and comfort.

Seat based pricing, instead of a fixed price.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform it gives me as a director to orchestrate our sales motions without hindrance. Whether it be segmentation or calling, hubspot sales hub is our go to.

I think the thing that is most underutilized by my team is reporting functions.

Everything from organizing pipeline, segmenting prospects and customers and running outreach.

It's a powerful platform if you use it correctly. But with any CRM, GiGo!

I wish more people used it properly! It's too good not to!
