User-Friendly Interface and Easy Setup with HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it's easy to use and follow, and very interactive. The interface is user-friendly, which makes it enjoyable to work with. It keeps the data in one place and allows me to track progress effectively. It's a great platform, and it has all the good features. The initial setup was quite easy.

Intuitive and Insightful, But Invoicing Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive dashboard of HubSpot Sales Hub and the supporting education resources. I find it easy to use, and it gives us insight into our audience, offering personalization in content creation and more insight than you would see in GA4.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoicing seems hokey and not aligned with payments that happen offline.

Intuitive UI with Advanced Features, Needs Improved Privacy Controls
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub's UI and advanced features. It's easy to use, and I find features like mail notifications helpful, especially knowing when someone opens our email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the privacy aspect because we can see other sales person's data and their database emails. It would be better if the data could be hidden among members and shown only to the reporting manager and admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage cluttered data. Its easy-to-use UI and advanced features like mail notifications help us know when emails are opened.
Highly Customizable and Efficient Despite Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like how you can customize unique objects within HubSpot Sales Hub for your own individualized tracking purposes. It takes a little while to figure out, but once you have it pretty well mastered and you have an idea as to what you are looking to accomplish, it absolutely allows for you to customize to your specific application so that you're getting the results that you seek. The ability to optimize contacts being updated via workflow is valuable, especially when specific events occur. HubSpot's customizable features, such as unique properties on the contact and deal level, allow us to track different client results even if they're selling unrelated services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it took a little while to really master HubSpot, understandably so. It's a robust platform. The HubSpot Academy is helpful, but you're better off going to YouTube than you are HubSpot Academy. If there was some type of AI feature or solutions communications board where folks can publish examples of their use cases, that would be excellent.

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps our prospect data organized and helps generate sales opportunities. It allows for customizing unique objects for individualized tracking, optimizing workflows, and repurposing data for alternative partners efficiently.
Highly Customizable, Needs Improved Email Threads
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to onboard new users with HubSpot Sales Hub. The automation feature is good, and there's a lot of customization available within deals to fit our projects. It was fairly easy to initially set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow setup took a while to figure out at the beginning. I would have liked more workflows already set up. Email formatting is not great, I don't like how each email is a new email instead of continuing on a thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for automation in deal creation, email viewability between team members, and analytics, which provides needed structure, data, and workflows for growing my sales team.
HubSpot Sales Hub Makes Funnel and Lead Updates Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I liked ease of updating leads and visual look of funnels in system. I also loved filter options in system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked ease of working with funnel system in Hubspot Sales hub. Any changes in leads was intuitive and straight forward.

It solves major issue of understanding where to delegate more time for best roi on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its organized workflow, which helps me keep track of where companies are in my sales process. Its ability to interface and incorporate things like LinkedIn into the workflow, even though they aren't natively part of HubSpot, is pretty useful. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dashboards were easier to use, but that's more of my company not using the categories correctly than HubSpot. So I don't really have any complaints.

Time-Saving Templates with Room for Better Calendar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the time-saving aspect of HubSpot Sales Hub, particularly with the email templates that cut down on the need for writing up emails. This feature helps me move on to the next call more efficiently. The templates aid in follow-up reminders as well, which is super helpful because I get an email directly to my work Gmail account, alerting me when a call is booked or something similar. It's also very easy to pass leads to our operations team once they're booked, which streamlines our process and allows us to focus on sales. I'm happy they used this product at my current company because I didn't need any additional training, and I enjoyed using it at my previous job too. It's very easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably more integration with calendars. Sometimes when I'm booking a call from HubSpot Sales Hub, it doesn't tell me if I already have a call booked at that time. I've double booked myself sometimes. It would be good if it had a task reminder feature to alert me if I try to book a call at a time when I already have one scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to reach leads with templates, saving time on emails and following up. It simplifies the selling process and handoff to the operations team, letting us focus more on sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub user-friendly and appreciate that it works like any other CRM. The dashboards provide a single window view of my data, which is quite useful. I like the email templates because they are easy to customize and allow for sending bulk emails. The AI-assisted call summary is beneficial as it gives me a simple understanding of call descriptions between leads and my team members, helping in better coordination. The initial setup was smooth, and a proper knowledge transfer was given to the IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
In template sections, unable to create tables like Excel, that can be incorporated. If I have to email with multiple line items with cost etc, in such scenarios table (Row and columns) add-on can be helpful.

I also like how we can customize deals, contacts, create properties, and dashboards. The initial setup was pretty simple, especially with helpful guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the option to use email, I understand this is related to marketing, however, emailing for us is as important, to get reminders and more. Allow to create sequences and add the email tool to any automation, maybe add it to the sales hub tier.
