It helps me stay organized with my prospects and ensures I never miss a follow-up. Instead of keeping notes and reminders separately, everything is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how intuitive and user-friendly it is.I especially value the visibility it gives into pipelines, the automation for follow-ups, and the detailed analytics that help our team make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike, but advanced customization sometimes requires workarounds or additional setup time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us centralize all sales activities in one place. Before, we struggled with scattered data, missed follow-ups, and lack of visibility across the pipeline. Now, the team has real-time insights into deals, automated reminders for tasks, and streamlined communication with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is extremely user-friendly and provides a complete view of the sales pipeline. I like how it integrates seamlessly with HubSpot CRM and other tools, making it easy to manage contacts, deals, and communications in one place. The automation features, such as email sequences and task reminders, save a lot of time for sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can become expensive as the team grows and additional features are needed. Some advanced reporting options are locked behind higher-tier plans, which could limit smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered sales processes by centralizing everything in one platform. It helps track leads efficiently, automate follow-ups, and provide clear insights into pipeline health. This has improved productivity, reduced manual work, and increased overall sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a lots of features covers almost everything a sales team might need. Setting this up is also easy. Integrations with other tools are strong and automation helps reduce manual work
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs are high and there are many hidden fees. I would not recommend anyone purchase HubSpot. Additionally, the email deliverability is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing leads and deals is straightforward, and accessing all the marketing data is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the organization and ease of all data and processes needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a dislike, at this point. All tech requires patience and learning curves. This one pays BIG dividends!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has given me piece of mind and confidence in the processing of sales from client acquisition to the onboarding process. I can be confident that HubSpot helps me manage each step with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy setup/implementation and intuitive work flow so that I can get what I need done with out any guessing on where things are at. A lot of features! I do like the integration it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working quickly I noticed sometimes there is a small lag time when I request a page or report. But maybe I'm impatient. Depending on what you need you can quickly find you need to upgrade your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospective and lead workflow. It helps to streamline our engagement from social media to website contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it incredibly beneficial that HubSpot Sales Hub connects effortlessly to my email and automatically creates leads for me. Additionally, its user-friendly nature makes it easy to navigate, and I appreciate the ability to book meetings seamlessly within the platform. The visual chart of the CRM process is great for understanding the full sales cycle, adding value to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is fairly simple to use and integrate. The email sequences work really well and are easy to put together, saving me massive amounts of time on follow-ups. Keeping everything in one place gives my whole team visibility into our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be able to use a keyboard only to tab through sections. The interface is slow sometimes. It feels like it’s getting bloated.

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything in one place, giving my team full visibility into our data. It simplifies CRM, prospecting, pipeline tracking, and relationship nurturing. Email sequences save me massive amounts of time on follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been great for our sales operations. Very easy to use, easy to implement. We use it on a daily basis, integrated with other softwares such as gmail, pandadoc, stripe. Customer Support is also a highlight. We also use diverse tools inside the software that helps marketing, operations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a barrier, specially for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, tracking communication with deals and clients, sending quotes, managing leads and contacts, templates for communication, marketing caimpaings and more!
