Everything is accessible in one place, making my workflow smoother and helping me stay consistent. I love how it emphasizes actual communication and relationship building rather than figuring out the system. The pipeline view is probably the most indispensable feature for me, as it gives a clear snapshot of where every deal stands, allowing me to prioritize and stay organized without overthinking things. HubSpot integrates well with tools like email and calendar apps, helping keep everything synced and organized. I also find the integration capabilities with tools like ZoomInfo and B2Brain very helpful, as it makes communication and prospecting much easier.

HubSpot Sales Hub does have a few limitations in terms of customization, especially when it comes to linking between different objects like Companies, Deals, and Contacts. I wish there was an option to interlink properties across these sections. For example, if a contact has a particular custom property, I'd like it to be viewable in the company sections as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive dashboard of HubSpot Sales Hub and the supporting education resources. I find it easy to use, and it gives us insight into our audience, offering personalization in content creation and more insight than you would see in GA4.

Invoicing seems hokey and not aligned with payments that happen offline.
