HubSpot Sales Hub Sequencing Makes Outreach Campaigns Effortless

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is the sequencing. It makes it incredibly easy to build structured outreach campaigns across email, calls and LinkedIn, ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks. The automation saves a huge amount of time while still allowing for personalisation, which makes prospecting far more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and reporting capabilities sit behind higher pricing tiers. As a result, smaller teams can sometimes feel limited unless they upgrade, which can make the overall cost add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered sales activity and manual prospecting work by bringing contacts, outreach, and pipeline management into one place. It automates repetitive tasks like follow-ups, email sequences, and activity logging, which means less admin work and more time spent actually speaking with prospects and closing deals. The result is a more organised pipeline, faster response times, and a more consistent sales process.

Helps organize leads and improve follow-ups

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it much easier to manage the entire sales process in one place, especially with lead tracking, email automation, and pipeline visibility. It brings more structure compared to juggling multiple tools.

The email tracking and follow-ups are particularly useful, helping maintain consistency without manually chasing every lead. The dashboard also gives a clear view of pipeline progress, making it easier to prioritize high-value opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be slightly challenging is the initial setup and learning curve, especially if you're new to CRM tools. Some features and workflows take time to fully understand.

Also, pricing can feel a bit high as you scale and need access to more advanced features. It’s a powerful tool, but smaller teams might find it less flexible from a cost perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of scattered lead data and inconsistent follow-ups. Earlier managing leads across different tools or manually tracking conversations made it easy to miss opportunities.

With HubSpot, everything is centralized, and automation helps ensure timely follow-ups. This has made the sales process more organized and consistent, while also saving time and improving overall visibility of the pipeline.

Lightweight, Intuitive UI with Beautiful Sequencing and Real-Time Insights and great CX support

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see a lot. It's very lightweight; it's simple and captures all intention. Sequencing is beautiful; notifications are beautiful as well. You get a lot of real-time information and the UI is easy to use. Customer support is amazing as well

Customer support is exceptional as well. I recently had a session with Maria Rodriguez on the CS team who walked me through a more complex workflow, stayed beyond what was needed, and made sure I could execute independently. That kind of support is rare and it reflects well on the whole product experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little bit confusing on the middle bar around task type and whatnot in the CRM. It's a little bit confusing to learn at first but I got a hang of it and Customer Support is amazing. The UI around the top of the table view is a little bit messy or not messy but sometimes a little bit hard to navigate. The good thing is that Customer Support is really good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem with solving is that I need a CRM in the first place, a lightweight one that works fast and has benefited me so I can get to deals faster. It has a lot of built-in features that you think you wouldn't like but are amazing, like the dynamic sequencing, which is amazing

Intuitive platform, easy to implement, and with excellent support

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive platform and the help or support you receive from the brand is good and useful. It is easy to use and implement in all aspects. I used it for at least 2 years in my previous job, 5 days a week, and I never had any problems. It has many tools to be implemented. When starting with the platform, it was very easy to learn and integrate into my work system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I have no comment on that. Since it didn't give me any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to improve the sales flow to see where the agent is stuck or in which part of the sale each lead is.

All-in-One Powerhouse That Grows with Your Business

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s got all the tools you need in one place. It’s a powerful bit of kit that can scale with your operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t the most intuitive thing to use. It’s got plenty of powerful features but sometimes you’ll realise something really quite basic is missing. Things aren’t always where you’d expect to find them, which makes it harder to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to connect marketing to sales work to view pipelines.

Complex Setup, but Valuable Integrations

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is easily located in one place, and there are lots of integrations with the other tools that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how expensive it is and how hard it is to change your seat type. The difficulty of accessing information without the correct seat, for example, if a client manager needs information that only a sales seat has, they have to coordinate behind the scenes which is far from efficient. The initial setup was very difficult. It took more than seven months and three different consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us track leads, convert prospects, and manage members efficiently by keeping all contact information centralized.

Comprehensive, User-Friendly Platform That Streamlines Quotes and Order Management

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub stand out as a comprehensive and user friendly platform that not only supports my sales teams but also enables operations to drive efficiency, accountability and scalable growth across my organization. The product and Price list management feature standardizes pricing and product information in my team and ensures accuracy when products are added to deals and reduces errors when generating quotes. The quote and order management function streamlines the transistion of my sales to fulfillment so generating quotes with predefined products, pricing and discounts improves my speed and consistency at work while order management is also ensured.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just love it, great product overall. No dislikes at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My product and pricing data, quotes were error prone and inconsistent. Product and price list management and order and order management that comes as a part of hubspot sales hub has standardized how products, prices and discounts are applied. This has greatly reduces my rework, shorted=ned my sales cycles and ensured margin control and overall created a smooth handoff to my dependent teams.

HubSpot: Robust, User-Friendly All-in-One CRM

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is, by far, the best CRM I’ve ever used. It’s extremely robust, with a huge range of features for reporting, dashboards, sales tools, automation, workflows, marketing, and lead management—you name it. Hubspot really feels like a one-stop shop, and it’s an enterprise CRM that any company should consider. On top of all that, I love how user-friendly and easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Hubspot is around current sequencing functionality, it is difficult to edit or change a sequence once created and somewhat clunky to add larger volumes of contacts or have t step edited while a sequence is active, without having to start over or rebuild a new one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a critical need for our business. We needed a way to manage inbound leads, track sales pipelines, coordinate marketing outreach, and maintain a reliable system of record for all contacts and conversations. We also needed a place to compile meeting notes and, overall, manage the customer journey end to end. Hubspot does all of this and more.

Efficient CRM with Great Integration, But Pricey

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like many features of HubSpot Sales Hub. I appreciate the templates and snippets that make email communication smoother. It's great that it connects to my Gmail, allowing me to send emails either from Gmail or directly from HubSpot, and they're synced both ways. I use templates for emails that I regularly send to users, and it inserts the snippet and the name of the person inside.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be cheaper. Moving from one tier to another is VERY expensive, and the pricing structure feels steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of tasks, manage tickets, and store contact information.

Automates Outreach and Tracks Key ARR Metrics with Ease

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability Hubspot gives us to automate repreatable processes like event outreach or inbound follow-up. We also love that it allows us to record and track metrcis that matter for our ARR engine like churn reason, closed lost reasons, meeting statuses, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The areas we've run into limitations include not being able to use webhooks in workflows without purchasing operations hub which has a steep price increase to our current contract, the calculation field properties and custom report limits we're running into and require an contract increase in order to get more, some lack of organization when it comes to sequences, and having the ad data source only be available in custom reports but not really available for use in a lot of other areas of the Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead + Deal Funnel tracking from lead created to closed won. It also helps us understand where our sales funnel is breaking down and allows us to record reasons for it. We can also use data in Hubspot to run targeted outreach (e.g. tag everyone that signs a deal as a deal signer so we can do targeted outreach to deal signers when we run expansion motions)
