What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter out contacts using custom properties to find the exact data youre are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing is the fact that there can only be one contact section. We have many sales reps so it would be nice to have indiviual contact lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to keep track of all our leads on a spreadsheet, now we have them all easily accessible on HubSpot and can find data much more efficiently!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the whole platform is and how useful the tasks and notes tools are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always informed that someone opens my emails 2-5 seconds after I send them. Every time. I know that tracking isn't accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I look to grow our business and it helps me schedule first meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can keep track of all of your clients in a very organized way
it helps a lot being able to find what i need quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the abandoned cart feature is a little inaccurate but it still works for the most part without any issue

it helps me the most by keeping track of everything as efficently as possible

What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not always accurate between Hubspot and Salesforce. Importing data can be difficult.

Reaching out to clients promptly and organizing accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
How it integrates all of your tech and communication platforms into one location. Has easy-to-use tabs that keep things in order to track all touch points with a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could integrate with texting and received, non-replied emails better without haveing to resort to manually logging them. Does take some upkeep with a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Puts all information in front of you. Allows you to see where improvement in communication can occur and how often you are interacting with a client to improve upon Win-Lost percentage.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent management of sales processes and a wide range of automatable actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time-consuming task automation and lack of functionality for automatic association of different objects or association of the same two objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales allows me to manage all sales processes, improve and automate them to simplify them, reduce user friction and save salespeople time. It also provides me with all the analytics I need to constantly improve our processes.

The simplicity of the tool.

Features around Dashboards and Analytics.

The level of customization applicable to unique sales processes.

Integration support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little stringent around setting up filters to pull out accurate data.

Difficult to export data out of the tool.

Email formatting is not so great through Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS helps us with recording and analyzing important data points encountered in the sales process. We are heavily dependent on HS as a single source of truth when looking at sales/mkt data.

Makes pipeline management simple and easy

What is our primary use case?

I am a sales professional and I use the solution to manage the pipeline of my prospects and customers. The solution helps me to keep track of my progress and know how much I have made for each account. It also helps me know the response I got for each account, the stage of the deal, and whether it is likely to be closed.

What is most valuable?

The solution makes it easy for you to log in and manage your pipeline. So pipeline management is very easy and simple.

What needs improvement?

The tool should get better at catching leads. Currently, it works better on catching inbound leads. Whenever a person signs up on the website, HubSpot catches the lead and creates an account. However, it is not 100 percent accurate.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with the solution for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I would rate the solution's stability an eight out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is highly scalable and I would rate it a nine out of ten. My company has 50 users for the product.

How are customer service and support?

The solution's customer service is good and quick.

How was the initial setup?

The tool's setup is complex because setup involves being trained to use HubSpot as well since you have to know what are all the features there and how to use those features in the best way possible for your work. We have deployed it on the cloud.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate the product a nine out of ten. If you want to use a CRM, use HubSpot since it is super easy to use. It is not as complex as Salesforce and will solve all your problems.
