Overall easy to use and effective for managing pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Like the ease of use for tasking and sequencing. I like the concept of active lists but don't use them very much.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should be able to track imports by a user or be able to view all of your own imports chronologically. You should be notified if records with the same name and very similar emails are created to help avoid duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to track lead development and use the dashboards to map sales progress

What do you like best about the product?
Deal tracking and tasks. They allow me to stay on track of many deals at once and show my team where we are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be better adapted to ongoing account management style conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on top of every conversation I have, and when dealing with franchises with similar names and rteagons, keeps me on track.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great tool to keep my team organized and efficient. I love having the ability to build lists and reports quickly.

Using the dashboards helps my teams stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found myself having to find work arounds, and some things that seem like simple solutions aren't available yet.

Just listen to your customers and make updates where there is demand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us reach out to customers in bulk and schedule expansion meetings.

We have been more efficient and organized in our outreach.

We have seen more expansion demos than before.

HubSpot is efficient and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Having experienced a different CRM, transferring to HubSpot made my workflow much easier. I love the email integration and being able to insert snippets and templates, and the fact that support is nearly immediate in their response.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features within the system that are confusing to figure out. I've managed to connect my user to my email incorrectly and had to fix it. But these issues are relatively minor, imo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had been trying to record customer phone calls unsuccessfully because of our previous system. Once I connected my business phone number, HubSpot made it easy to record calls and be able to listen to them. I love the transcript feature as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I'd have to say the workflow and surrounding trigger applications keep the sales team up to date on everything and able to communicate and track their pipelines clearly. Awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is SO much to be found and done that it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. I find that Googling is of great advantage but takes extra time vs having a more robust training option within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves manual work and gives visibility in many regards. Being able to track pipelines and monitor email sequences. Workflows have allowed for low touch communication with our prospects and clients alike.

What do you like best about the product?
i like hubspot as it is very simple and their server is very friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
So far in hubspot I have only had one problem and that is that to qualify my leads the annual revenue of the companies is not exact, otherwise it is fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In hubspot I manage a 44k database, no problem

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to organize my accounts by the date range and last active. I also enjoy the calendar and ability to schedule your meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could block specific days on the Hubpsot calendar for example If I don't want any meetings on Wednesday afternoons. I wish that was more easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to set up automated email sequences, and schedule meetings effortlessly. The benefit is saved time and increased focus on high-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the the fact that it keeps track of who to you called who you sent emails to. And it keeps track on when you have to send another email or call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that i dislike because this makes my life a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the fact that I use to be very organized but not it keeps me organized.
