What do you like best about the product?
I can review recordings and can hear the actuals and plan my strategies accordingly. It helps me to prioritize my leads and focus the same on the given month.
What do you dislike about the product?

Easy to navigate, very thorough app/program, has all information for our clients.

I don't think there is anything I do not like about HubSpot.

There is an area for our new companies, all their pertinent information and easy to locate all information on our clients and customers.

I like the user friendly dashboard and ability to navigate through leads effortlessly.

I would like a sms/txt message option directly through the platform and a better IB calling setup.

Hubspot is helping us with CRM and lead management. The platform makes our job easier by having all the lead information available to us in a user friendly format.

Gives me lots of insight on sales and their prospects. Love the interface and how many details are in the site. really easy to use the calling feature and update records
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a very big tool. A lot to take in initially. Once you understand it, it's great. But it's a beast of a program that takes a while to truly understand and utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with hubspot, I can easily see who sales is calling, documenting emails, and who is looking and opening emails. the CRM is more intuitive than anything I've used.

Being able to track leads and learning how to adjust my outreach methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few technical glitches here and there, but they are usually easily resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who has been contacted within organizations and utilizing the reminders to stay on top of opportunities.

I can do my own marketing from the platform and it connects to my Outlook

Nothing really. It is pretty amazing. Wish I had it sooner.

Not knowing all of the different capabilities to make connecting with clients even more efficient.

Just being able to follow each client and have reminders set when tasks are due, has been great in keeping me on top of my lists.
Great CRM for Sales with a few preferential updates desired
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great tool to address companies and contacts separately and create lists to filter out what you'd like to target, and it helps me to organize things to the best of my ability, as needed. I appreciate the fact that I can update templates before they are sent and the ability to arrange sequences for outreach. I like that integration with tools like ZoomInfo can cut the work of updating research data. Some CRMs don't allow this, or it is too difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some updates I would like to see are the capability to see the status of a contact from the company's home page. I usually have to click each contact to see if I have attempted to reach them, or not, previously. I would like to be able to see the status from the company page, without having to select them individually to find out.
I also would like to find a better method to determine if a meeting has been scheduled for a lead as I still haven’t figured it out. There isn’t a report to create, or activity feed reference - this should be easier to determine.
I think that some updates may be needed to ensure accuracy when importing leads from tools like Zoom Info, as well.

It helps me to organize my pipeline for successful outreach and email-tracking from my external inbox.

What I like best the most is the user friendly interface and on time reminder and scheduling system they offer that really helped me not to miss any transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the is nothing I can say about this but concerning in improving the service I think that will be some latency issues regarding with some slow response on loading my leads

Its solving my callback time , its solving my schedule call, it is solving my on time transaction with my clients regarding with the industry I'm in It is SOLVING EVERYTHING!
