Recognize the potential but the product is not very intuitive or easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
There seems to be a lot of "power" in the tool, i.e., at a high level, I recognize how HubSpot can support our business needs/growth. I've not used any competitor tools yet but we are comtemplating trying out Salesforce to see if it is more intuitive. (See "What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub").
What do you dislike about the product?
Both my team and I find that it is not very intuitive. We paid at the recommendation of HubSpot for 3 months of training via Webstack and despite the training, we still have trouble understanding and/or remembering where to go to get things done. The way things are assigned or labeled is not intuitive in many instances. Using the chat flow feature is one example. The "If this", "then this" verbiage is confusing and we had difficulty creating a basic chat flow without help. We also found related to chats that the name of the person who is active in the chat appears on our website because the name used for the chat is tied to the username. We should be able to choose the name that appears on the chat. For example, as CEO, I sometimes go live on chat but I don't want website visitors to know that they are talking to the CEO of the company. We were told via Webstacks that we would have to change our user name in order to hide our name on the chat which then causes reporting problems.

We also need to review some of the training videos but we are still not clear on how to use the sales tools. My team is often frustrated and I don't want to keep paying someone to train them when it should be one and done. I think that it speaks to the lack of intuitiveness with the HubSpot tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not been able to utilize HubSpot enough to answer this question. My team gets frustrated so they aren't using it in the ways that they should.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot inspires my sales team to kick it into gear! We are able to watch our pipeline and channel team success through measuring our efforts in HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a way for net and gross ACV measurement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps all information in a centralized location.

Hubspot Sales - an excellent enablement tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub allows me and other sales professionals to access necessary and relevant data quickly, easily, and with a high degree of precision. It allows for more time to be spent selling and less time to be spent supporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub lackes some of the most important sales analytics options, particarly close rates and full funnel views

Its helping bring all data together in one place and access it easily. Data spread out or across multiple platforms takes time and eneergy to access

Take your time back with Sales Hub! Let HubSpot help you with many of the mundane day-to-day tasks that take up the time you need to be building relationships with prospects and clients

Streamlined Processes

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is in one place. I'm able to pull reports and keeep track of clients progress throught the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the import process for new leads/contacts. The integration for LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a one way integration making it a time consuming process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving the problem of having all leads in one central location. This is benefiting me by being able to keep track of clients and close deals much more quickly and efficiently.

Sales Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
VISUAL PIPELINE. I love that I create my own deal stages, view all my active prospects and deals and see the veloctiy my deals are moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box timestamps are set when the deal is moved, and might not actually reflect deal stages.

Visual insight into my pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows transparency into the open deals and potential revenue. Allowed our team to keep track (a true system) of follow-ups, something we didn't have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations which are needed are not useful or available (taxes - Avalara; invoices - Sage; shipping - UPS Worldship). This causes a little extra work right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a sales management system at all when I started. We found HubSpot, which allowed us to have a true look into revenue streams, have a follow-up tracking system and have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I was new to using a system was like this and exploring this as well as some other competitiors. I liked the ease of use and user friendlyness. It was fast and easy to pick up the program as well as teach to co workers within my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning the system as I am new to it. So I have not come accross to many issues yet that really stick out. I guess one would be the app for scanning in business cards could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a nice way to organize customers and potential leads. Makes it easy for my small business to handle a large amount of customers or potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track deals for our whole team has been instrumental for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing - it is great just as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us investigate what deals we lost and why - how we can improve? Was it the deal size, was a discount needed? Did somebody miss their meetings? etc.
