What do you like best about the product?
it gives us a lot of visibility for Inbound Leads, and Deal Pipelines split by reps. It is incredibiliy easy to bulk edit or correct mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is lacking some functionalities for Nurturing Leads (i.e. contacts in a sequence are unenrolled when they reply to emails).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead routing is a lot easier now, and workflows can be customized so easily. It gives us a lot of insights in email and calls performances.
Good for $1M+ ARR
What do you like best about the product?
Bubbly aesthetics are great, but even better than that it's an easy to use CRM that I can ramp our sales teams quickly. The integrations and support are great for my small org.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many options for tracking customer success and post sale activities. In the meantime we've had to jimmy sales hub to make this work for us. It's fine

Organizing deals and building automations to make my life easier saving time money and energy as we try to close more deals and grow the organization alongside the goals

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its features for managing contacts, automating tasks, and tracking interactions with leads and customers. It can help streamline sales processes and improve efficiency for sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely learning curve it's the most challenging thing on every hub on the HubSpot platform. Specially for New users who may find it takes some time to learn how to use all of HubSpot’s features effectively.

Sales Hub automates repetitive tasks such as email follow-ups, lead scoring, and appointment scheduling, saving time and reducing manual effort and It enables sales teams to track and monitor interactions with leads, providing insights into lead behavior and engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I like hubpost sales so i can create task for my coworkers. This helps them keep task organized and which comes first in the priority list. It simplifies our workload
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like its online vibe. The inperson vibe is super cool but online it is sticky. It is hard to use and has a ton of data all over the single screen that gets cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with communication. Communication across a remote working business can be difficult but keeping task organized and sorted on our individual screens can help

Hubspot makes tracking and reporting so much easier. It is the best software for being able to keep track of sales and also connect our marketing to sales and measuring how marketing is doing.

Sometimes I will look in the help center to do something and it will say it is a feature in development but then a year or two later the feature is still not developed

It makes tracking and reporting less manual, and easier than ever. It also helps us keep track of relationships and improve our relationships!

It is a bit confusing to understand the full scope of everything HubSpot has to over to someone new going into sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking how a deal is profressing and keeping us on track
Good apart from revenue recognition
What do you like best about the product?
Easy overview of all sales activities. Good to be able to follow the pipelines and also having flexibility in how to set them up.
What do you dislike about the product?
All revenue reporting and forecasting is based on deal close date which is not relevant for us in media sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of transparancy with a large sales team that previously all managed their own performance in excel/outlook.
