Hubspot changed a few of the names which I dislike as they don't make sense.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use, which really saves me time. The initial setup was 'easy peasy,' which made getting started hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more AI features.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage my accounts, opportunities, and leads efficiently. I appreciate the organizational benefits it offers, especially through automatic notifications, client notes, and activities. The information about the history of accounts is quite helpful, and the integration with my meetings and emails streamlines my workflow. I also find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use, making it a convenient tool in my daily operations.

User-Friendly CRM with Seamless Onboarding and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Sales Hub has significantly streamlined how we handle contacts and communications by consolidating everything into one place. This efficiency helps us track new and existing clients and monitor the lifecycle of our experiences with them. Despite joining the HubSpot platform later than most, I found it surprisingly easy to learn, and it's more user-friendly than I initially expected. The initial setup was fairly easy too, especially with the help from a single point of contact who guided us through the onboarding until we were fully operational.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it logs me off, but that may be a user error problem! I do find that there are times I have been arbitrarily logged off so I will need to manually log in.

HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines our contacts and communications, helping us track clients and the lifecycle of our experiences with them.
Intuitive and Easy-to-Use CRM, Perfect for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Sales Hub is very intuitive. It's very easy to use because of its interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cold calling is not optimized for speed and that forces you to open multiple tabs which eats up RAM and slows down the process + the device itself.

HubSpot Sales Hub lets me keep notes on prospecting, provides a single source of truth with its CRM, and allows calls to different prospects in one session.
HubSpot Sales Hub Makes Automated, Role-Based Reporting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is not only a CRM portal; it also helps me automate reports based on the user and their needs. For example, if I want to present one type of report to top management and a different set of reports to the sales team, HubSpot makes it easy for me to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it’s good in terms of integration and everything else. However, it seems that if you want to use it with internal software that isn’t listed, you might not get enough support. That said, it may also be something they add or improve later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot provides me with a one-stop solution for reports, filters, and everything related to our centers. When I was working on a team, I created different reports for each team, and I feel that’s one of the best uses of the software. If you don’t have HubSpot, you have to start preparing reports manually, but HubSpot solves that.
Costly and Complex, But Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization that we are able to do with HubSpot Sales Hub but we are not using it to the extent that we could be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very costly solution, and there are newer products on the market that are much less expensive. I need to really step up our use of it to make it worthwhile. Also, it's just a very complex system for a company our size. The initial setup was difficult; we even had to hire a third party, and it still didn't end up being set up in a way that was useful for new people coming on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to move information from LinkedIn to Hubspot using ZoomInfo or Apollo, organizing our prospect records effectively.
Efficient Data Management, but Setup Requires Expertise
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard in HubSpot Sales Hub as it helps me organize a bunch of gathered data to work on leads and provide much info for the sales team. I also appreciate the support available, which adds to the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of HubSpot Sales Hub to be a point of concern. Additionally, setting it up requires deep knowledge, which can be a bit challenging.

Streamlines Sales Process, but Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its email tracking and sales automation features. Email tracking helps me follow up at the right time because I can tell when prospects open my emails. The sales automation is great as it saves time by handling repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is a bit complex and also difficulty in migrating data. Offering more customizable out of the box reports and better tools/guide for importing data from other systems would be helpful. The data mapping during setup was a bit tedious.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves problems related to scattered sales data, follow-ups, and lack of visibility. It helps me manage leads through the sales pipeline, keep track of customer interactions, and create performance reports.
Well-Built Dashboard That Gives a Full View of Company Data
What do you like best about the product?
The way how dashboard is built, helps the users have a full spectrum of the company data

Sometimes is confusing to move from properties and setting up rules and logic

Company growth has been increasing, as we can see and track the goals, deals and have an idea of the companies numbers.
