So simple to use! It automatically builds sequencing steps and with the chrome extension and app it notifies you of email opens etc

So far I have not found anything about it that I dont like, everything can be customised to suit and is easy to use

Lack of support and glitches. its takes several phone calls to get someone to speak with

Support interactions with customer service could sometimes be frustrating.

Enabled me to prioritize my activities, to better understand prospects, and automate repetitive tasks, which finally helped me to spend more time engaging with active buyers who were a good fit for our offerings.

Great to keep prospects organized especially with the email plugin.

HS tries to be the kitchen sink - everything! I wish they really excelled at one product or feature.

Keeps each email attached to the record. Also allows users to see what you are working on so there is no cross-selling.

I am unable to view messages in my inbox unless i have actually sent them through my inbox

This is a great CRM and has lots of ways to show engagement on your site, emails, and makes scheduling meetings easy with email integration
Intuitive and complete
What do you like best about the product?
I believe hubspot is very intuitive to use. It assists you on keeping track of all the details of your leads and clients, and also transparency for the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search is not great, although it has improved since the last interface.

to centralize the information, transparency in emails and calls as well as the possibility of adding notes and email sequences
