Very easy to use platform, even for people not familiar with it.
What do you like best about the product?
It has the options to set your follow up appointments, with reminders and everything you need for the app to double as your calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when I log a task, it does not automatically check the box that the task was completed. I feel anytime you log something, it should complete the task at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot essentially combines your calendar, with your email and your phone to allow you to track your sales activities all in one place.
Intuitive and responsive without the headache.
What do you like best about the product?
Lightning fast navigation leads to me breezing through my daily tasks. No bloated UIX or infrastructure to hold me back. It's easy for me to train my team on and apply to every aspect of our sales hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
That these tools where not available to me in previous sales roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub connects all platforms of our sales and marketing machine into a cohesive environment offering high visibility to our sales process.

HubSpot is super user friendly! It is such a helpful and useful tool that makes my job easier.

Sometimes my emails don't connect which can get frustrating at times.

Keeping up to date with my contacts and making sure to check in with them on time as well as tracking my engagements and projects.
Helping Deals Get Through the Funnel
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to track all of my current opporunites and oingoing prospecting on a daily basis. I like that it integrates well with gmail for email tracking. I use this tool every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current issues with anything on the HubSpot platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the features that I use with Hubspot on a daily basis are: email cadence sequcing for propsecting and business generation, CRM tools to track deals and sales engagement monitoring. It helps me connect closer wiht my sales manager and close more deals, faster.
It helps with pipeline management and closing deals quicker.

Ability to integrate and very user friendly.

None that I can think of. Its easy to use.

Pipeline management, tracking deals, task to remind me to follow up or reach out. Email tracking to see when a proposal is clicked on or opened.
Poor Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
There are unlimited sales and marketing automations that you can create through HubSpot, and the platform makes it easy to track your sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's impossible to get in touch with customer service, which is absurd for the price tag. Our organization was promised a designated customer service representative, but still made us wait several days to get in touch with whoever was available. Tried to cancel our membership and didn't get a response for DAYS, then HubSpot auto renewed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot made it easy to track our pipeline and analytics, but impossible to get customer service.
Easy to use dashboard!
What do you like best about the product?
I use the dashboard everyday to track my sales against other agents in our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here. If I ever have a issue with a task, I contact the customer support who guides me in the rigt direction.

Sales Hub helps track my email to meeting to sale conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to navigate between deals, companies and contacts and the ability to include plenty of details accross each of those attributes is very simple and seamless, alsmost any experienced sales peron can use it natively without even being trained.
I personally can't live without it during my working hours. I use iit alsmost every day.
We were previously using Pipedrive and decided to move to Hubspot because of the diversity of features that completely fit our business. The integration using the Hubspot Pipedrive plugin took some time but in general Hubspot did a good job and continously enhancing the plugin.
Support is always there and there is plenty of mateiral online.

The interface needs uplifting in terms of colors and display which isn't a big deal afterall for such a transactional and operational solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I really apprecaite that my Sales Team has a good grasp of the tool and an eagerness to work with me in getting campaigns out.

Not crazy about how often it asks me to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped improve our email open rates. Contacts are much more receptive to these than regular HubSpot emails.
