Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate. I have come across multiple Sales tools, but the maturity of Hubspot always stands out
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that the tool is very expensive in terms of the other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is filling the gap between marketing and sales. Also, helping in sales performance management.
Helps keep everything on one single pain of glass!

Has a user friendly interface, that makes it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you upgrade to a higher level, the integration with Koncert lacks some critical features to create a single pane of glass.

Keeping lead notes in one spot that is easily accessible.
Hubspot Sales is feasable solution for sales pipeline.

The Sales workflow & alerts is the best part.

It's very efficient CRM to record sales data i really love it.

Nothing to dislike for HubSpot some it takes time to reload

Mass emailing is something we have struggled with, and being able to sort contacts into lists and workflows streamlines the process.

Having one CRM that actively allows the sales team to react to data, influencing their time and targeted approach is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many. We're a Microsoft based company and the engagement live between the sales app and outlook doesn't work with the latest version of outlook - forcing us tonuse the legacy version which isn't ideal.

As we grow as a business HSpot has allowed our sales team to be focused and grow by the tools inclusive or sales and marketing data.
