Great interface for a growing Sales team unfamiliar with CRM usage

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Sales Hub has been amazing for our growing sales team. Most are unfamiliar with using a CRM as a part of their process and the system has mad adoption easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to work best when all of the applicable data lives in HubSpot and we aren't to that point yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all notes and activities in the same system.

HubSpot Sales makes it easy for my team to close deals

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have different sales pipelines with different deal stages makes it very easy for my sales team to stay organized and close deals quickly. We have also developed a custom API to push info from our deals into a separate software which cuts down on repeated work efforts for my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have trouble setting up conversions from the creation of a new contact to when that contact becomes a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows my team to all work similary and set standards of what information is required when creating deals, so that all information is always consistent across sales reps. The ability to see closed conversion rates over certain timeframes makes it easy to have a snapshot of where each rep stands.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easier to naviguate de plateform. With the Sales workspace I know exactly what Ihave to do and where I need to put my focus for the day to close more sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much ! In fact nothing!! I love HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate and understand forecasting. The HubSpot Sales Tools in Outlook are great when they work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new disconnect between Microsoft and HubSpot Sales Tools.

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps all of our client and prospect information in one place.

Hubspot a CRM with vast features and tools

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helped grow as a customer representative in different sectors and has all the features which I want to use on a daily basis. It very customer friendly and very easy to use. I would suggest this hubspot any day for customer support purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I don't like about gu spot is the calling feature. It needs to be improved a lot. And the calling tab needs to be placed properly. I hope the team reviews it and finds a better resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helped me various aspects of custome Service. When a particular customer calls me I am able find the clear cut information about the customers. Whether it is customer data or sales hub spot is perfectly for everything

Best ChatBot and CRM for WordPress

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with my team and the most importent features are free to use which makes it best choice for small businesses. All you need is to install the plugin and it will integrate HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should give us option to choose salective services that we want. You setup the plugin and it will record and track all the activities no matter some of them you need or not. this unnessary tracking adds a slight load on server which slows the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used the ChatBot and CRM Inbox on HubSpot which is the best accourding to our use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
has a lot of useful tools and integrations to keep all your sales information in one place
eg. electronic phone number
eg. ticketing customer support
eg. uploading to websites
What do you dislike about the product?
can be confusing to integrate with other platforms
still can't figure out how to connect my email to tracking even though it is connected and i used multiple knowledge base articles and followed all the instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customer service ticketing - great for tracking issues, easy to escalate and refer back to when having business reviews with the client

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is known for its clean and intuitive interface. Whether you're new to sales software or an experienced user, it's easy to navigate and quickly find the tools you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot imposes limits on the number of emails and calls you can make in a day, depending on your plan. For sales teams that rely heavily on outreach, these limits can be restrictive unless you upgrade to a higher tier
