We've started out with Hubspot for StartUps in 2018 and have scaled daily since then!

Customization is awesome but can be overwhelming!

Sales hub is extremely user friendly and there are so many ways to automate. Our client's sales teams have increased revenue significantly by using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales hub can be expensive for small and medium-sized businesses, making it difficult to fully utilize its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing workflows to enable sales teams to focus on value-adding tasks instead of repetitive, routine work.

The ability to keep track of lead progression and for the sales team to be up to date on leads.

The complexity to set up can be challenging.

Definately a benefit in tracking the progression of leads.

HubSpots Sales Hub has been great for our sales teams lead management, reporting, and more to help us crush sales numbers!

While maybe useful for other teams, there's more fluff than our teams needs to be effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub has allowed our team to streamline their outreach processes and save time on the backend with research and company outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several steps to learning all of the impactful tools, so onboarding new team members takes a little bit longer than we'd prefer.

It definitely saves time.
A comprehensive sales solution from inbound to outbound, great for all in one customer growth

The ability to create workflows and integrate sequences, tasks, and automation makes it an ideal tool for high growth startups.

It has help us a lot to track all the steps of the lifecycle stages of our sales process, starting as a prospect to an opportunity and then a customer. Analyzing times, industries, sources etc

Sometimes i would like to chance some dates that werent accurate in the lifecycle stage, but it doesnt let you

To analyze better all the data, where our leads came from, and which kind of industries we have closed.

It helps me capture all of the data i need in a single dashboard and helps me collaborate better with my teams. It is the most powerful CRM i've used and the reps are very informative.

Onboarding is long but the reps do an amazing job breaking everything down.
