Great System for Service Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the consolidated flow of information. I can truly have my team work on a zero inbox mentality

It can be difficult to understand where you are because the hubs are not color coded

I love the team behind supporting HubSpot admins, our rep holds monthly trainings at different times to assist with product understanding and usage.
I also love the Innovation that HubSpot continues to bring forth. Agent.ai has been an awesome tool to use!

What do you dislike about the product?
Our less technical sales reps struggle with the process some times

Currently is it allowing us to get rid of the data silo's

The deal interface is extremely easy to use and provides a great visual to follow the sales funnel.

Search functionality could be improved in accuracy. Will sometimes not find a contact by name, and then when I enter the email address it actually finds them.

Turns the work of figuring out how to and when to follow up with clients into an automated process. Saves a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot make it super easy to manage the sales team. The best part of the software is that they are always uptading with new tools

Pricing is always a bug. But it can be surpass with all the other features

It's a great management tool for keeping track of contacts, activity with the contacts, and also history of deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admittedly, I am still learning all of the aspects of HubSpot but at this time, I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one stop shop for me to get the contacts I need and their history so I can tailor their experience accordingly, even if I haven't worked with them before.
