Great tool helps a lot in organizing growing sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and easy set-up, superb UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price increase from starter pack to larger is crazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails sent to customers open rates replies and things like that.
Easy to use, even for an old sales rep

Easy to use and find what I am looking for. Not a lot of extra fields that are not needed.

I haven't found anything I really dislike yet!

Calendar invites and coordinating multiple people into meetings.

Sales velocity and acceleration is so difficult to achieve without a technology or platform to assist a sales organization to deliver on it. HubSpot Sales Hub is the solution to achieve sales velocity, efficiency, effectiveness, and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I would say that I dislike about the platform and tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major challenges with any CRM or sales velocity solution is ease of use and acceptance by users. That is not the case with HubSpot Sales Hub.

Data entry, customizable, houses all data needed

Can be hard to navigate at times, really need to understand the CRM to be proficient

Housing all sales needs in one location rather than using multiple systems to hold data.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to try HubSpot Sales. While I'm not an expert in this category, my initial impression is that the packaging is eye-catching and conveys a sense of quality, along with user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsure at this time as it is very new to our company.

Organizing data and providing reports of benefit.
Provides sales with many tools to be successful.

It's integrates with many other hubs and departments.

Our sales team doesn't use it to the fullest.

Easy to use as is, easy to customize for wider application

Sales Hub helps our team close deals, and I really enjoy HubSpot's integrated in-app support - it's soooo easy to troubleshoot!

You may need more support to more widely customize the platform.

HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to see the history of interactions, pull in usage data from our product, and work more efficiently.
Easy to get started and automate
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and automate the mundane sales tasks. Making it easy to see your pipeline and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outlook connector. Seems to disconnect can have issues often. May not be a HubSpot problem but a Microsoft one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our customer interaction in one place and being able to automate as much as we can to not let things slip through the cracks.
