Intuitive platform for smooth sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility provided with in Sales Hub. With various business processes I receive many requests for pipeline customization. Sales Hub is intuitive and easy to navigate configuration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Looking forward to sharing with our Sales team the new Sales workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub has provided us with a tool to centralize all our sales activity and sales enablement for new and existing business. Our executive teams love the flexibility in reports and dashboards. Prior to Sales Hub our sales team was not aligned nor did we have a success tracking and measurements. Sales Hub has solved these issues for our team.
Lots of tools, so little time
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub has more than what our Sales team needs to succeed, but it's been hard to re-platform an already busy team to a new suite of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences are great, but it would be nice to edit emails after the sequence has been turned on. It would also be nice to enroll contacts in a colleagues sequence without having to use a workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub is helping us track our mid-funnel handoff between Marketing and Sales to make sure no leads slip through the cracks.
Sales hub is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
Concise and clear information all in one spot. Easy to use amongst multiple team members to keep information aligned with the goal of the sales team. Easy to pull reports and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see pop ups available to serve as reminders and not just through task list.

Automating and streamlining the sales process as much as possible.

As a marketing director, I'm still not fluent enough in Sales Hub to know quickly what analytics I'm looking for to gauge the sales team's successes

Knowing WHO our leads are and our engagement with them
Best CRM ever
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many different crms and hubspot is the best. Their reporting, easiness to create properties and all of that, is just incomparable. I am able to get valuable data in the push of a button and build reports very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
WhatsApp does not work very well with hubspot. The data generated from whatsapp usage still has a lot estou be developed so we had to move to a different provider
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing contacts, deals, understanding their strength according to provenance. I can make my sales team more effective than ever

Needs to build out some more sales features, but I see them coming from INbound

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can track our Sales teams' deals while also being able to forecast revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it does not work with forms unless you use the form workflow which is quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track and manage our Sales teams leads and conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can customize your pipeline to make it fit the needs of the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it has been great and is filling all current needs

It is helping us streamline the sales processes and ensure our data is complete and accurate throughout the sales funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the first CRM my firm has ever utilized, and I can go on and on about all the cool features that it has, but if you're reading this review, I'm sure you have an idea on HubSpot's capabilities.
I do however want to share that the conversations my firm has had based off of our now-visible pipeline has been great. My team meets with the shareholders of the company to discuss prospecting and business development opportunities, and it's great that we have a platform that can pull up the info we need to have productive conversations. We've gained "street cred" internally, and externally, we're becoming more competitive with other firms.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit daunting learning how to navigate through all the fancy features, but I know there are plenty of resources and that with time I should get more comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're finally tracking our sales and HR pipeline! Huge development because we weren't doing that before.
