Hubspot - the best solution for sales synergy
What do you like best about the product?
Allows for easy management of the sales process, easy tracking, reporting, and visibility across all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult for deals that have multiple service lines.

Solving showing all active deals and activity
Information readily available. Easy customization

Ability to customize views for different teams. Easy dashboard creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We operate on a "company" level vs. "contact" level. Some additional challenge in translating the data because of that nuance.

Ability to see and track all communications with a customer.

We love how you can track their behavior on the site and summarize conversations

We wish you can call directly from Hubspot without a third party tool

Sales hub combines sales, marketing and lead gen teams day to day activity and is our single source of truth for customer data

It's been a slower growth too and until recently a lot of account based marketing tools we use to enable our sales teams were not initially integrating into hubspot.

It's our single source of truth for prospecting and moving deals through our pipeline
Easy and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to configure to fit with your sales process and so many connectors available to empower your teams, whatever if they need to connect to their mailbox, calendar, LinkedIn, data sources ...
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub is becoming more and more enterprise friendly, but still lack some features to do so - for example some improvements on the permissions would be welcome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A tool easy to use with a very large ecosystem of partners and marketplace. A nice API allowing to build specific use cases when needed

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that help is less chatting with a customer rep and more sending out things to read to solve problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One spot for all customer information, and communication. Tracking the customer journey and those decision makers that come on later in the deal by their CC on the email. Able to then use that info to create new leads on new deals.

Hubspot has streamlined a lot of our sales processes. We also integrated seamlessly with marketing.

I'm looking forward to the implementation of AI agents to help write follow up emails.

HubSpot user experience for medium tech firm
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us quickly track potential and existing cutomers in a very easy and fast manner. The features including tracking customers' emails and the current stages of each in the sales funnel are a big plus for the commercial team to manage. Very easy to integrate the platofrm with our existing systems. The teams use Hubspot everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would appreciate a feature for example, a quick survey to more easily for the team to receive prompt customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot provides a platform for us to consolidate information reciving from business calls, phone conferences, customer visiting, etc. Pretty much tracking all the necessary info for the team to perform in a very efficient way.
