What do you like best about the product?
not only does hubspot make everything centralized, but it also allows for a lot of processes to be automated. A great resource and time saver

theres nothing to dislike about a software that is so valuable when it comes to being efficient

It solves the problem of broken communication between sectors of our business. Everything is centralized and easy to view/access

It keeps our customer data and email tracking, as well as task management. It keeps everyone on track for various activities.
Love the efficiency and ease of use for uploading social media assets

It's very easy to navigate when uploading documents and media.

I don't dislike much but the file uploading does compress footage a little too much sometimes.

It's helping us keep track of our social media and marketing uploads to various platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to keep track on what has been done and what is being done. It is easy to use and connect several communities to leads or realtors as well within each interaction. Tasks are very helpful though they could be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pages are way too convoluted, also some drop down menus are not the best and the browser extensions are not very good. Tasks should send an email or some kind of notification for the day they are scheduled. not just a little bar in the website which is unnoticeable most of the time.

keeping all the info on each lead, or community together

Everything is integrated at one place, sales, marketing and cs

For Brazil, I think some features are not priority and we are still not able to use :/

Payment, clients and task management and, of course, kanban with a lot of different pipelines

Task management and KPIs for my sales folks. The customization is great.

Much less straightforward than Salesforce and other CRMs

I like how easy it was to learn and how functional the interface is! It's been such a joy getting to use.

I haven't really seen any downsides yet! But will report when I do it's been much better from what I've come from

I used to be really unoganized with my sales and now I'm able to keep track of everything and know the status of each lead

I like that you can use other apps with hubspot and its pretty cohesive and easy to understand. I love that everything is one place.

When I receive a call back it doesn't let me know and sometimes It won't let me call back the person that dialed and lacks information

Keeps my leads in one neat and tidy place and you can set reminders to reach out to them in a timely manner
