HubSpot Sales Hub has been a game-changer for our team!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s incredibly intuitive and makes tracking leads and deals effortless. The pipeline management tools are clean and customizable, which helps us stay on top of every opportunity. I love how everything is integrated—email tracking, meeting scheduling, and reporting are all seamless. The insights we get from the platform help us make data-driven decisions and keep the team aligned. It’s a one-stop shop that’s boosted our productivity and sales performance significantly. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of additional modules can be cost prohibitive for a small startup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A clean intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create custom dashboards is something that's really helpful for me. I am able to easily create tasks and ensure that they are all followed up with ease. Also the amount of integrations present make this a easy choice for all sales CRM out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the notes can be auto loaded within the website, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hubspot to keep a track of all my prospects and ensure that their evaluation is going well. It helps me create the neccessary tasks and with the pre definied custom fields that we have set up, understanding a prospects requirements could not have been easier.
With the kanban view present, I have a birds eye view over all my deals and categorise it to make my sales cycle more efficient.

Simple, uncomplicated CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like the service has improved, so long as you can get a hold of them via phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure why phone call support is not always available, but it would make a big difference if it was available more often!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales hub is essentially my home for everything sales related, including pipeline updates + tracking, and overall sales activities. I'm able to see a broad view of everything happening in my accounts, as well as drill into specific deals, contacts, or companies quite easily.
I work with Hubspot for our customers, quote and payment on quotes.

It is well integrated to follow up on our customers

change in Stripe for a higher cost and no choice to upgrade with the new version

Ease to learn, organization is solid. Notes and history on prospects, integration with email is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
couple have a better map feature and more drop downs to bounce back and forth between tabs.

Keeping notes and deals organized, tracking email output, sends out payment links and email blasts.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its intuitive interface, robust CRM integration, and tools like email tracking, and automation features. It helps streamline sales processes and provides data-driven insights to close deals more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features might not be as customizable as I'd like for unique workflows. While decent, reporting tools lack the complexity needed for highly detailed analysis. I also dislike that there is not a bulk email feature for all of my accounts without putting them into a sequence. It could definitely use a lot of work.

It is a place that I can keep track of all of my accounts.
Easily the best CRM on the planet. Easily.

Ease of use for myself and my team of sales reps is just light years away from other products. We have been through so many different products to get to this point. You barely even need training to be able to use the tools day one.

Nothing, literally can't think of one thing.

Time, this thing saves so much time day to day. Everything is in one place and I always know what my next steps are!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage and track you leads. It makes the whole process much quicker as well. I do not spend so much time writing out emails and gathering information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked learning it. It was not so intuitive to learn but once i did learn it, it became much easier to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hubspot is solving the managment aspect. It keeps the data in one place so that my team is able to stay up to date and not have to spend time looking across multiple softwares for the information they need. The less time they spend searching the more time they have to find new customers and help current ones.

I don't like the double authentification.

It helps me follow up with clients. I use the tasks to remind me on follow ups. I use the other feautures to work with my team. I think it is very good and I recommend it.
