Decent entry level CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of customisations available and a very good user interface that I find intuitive. Support has been great, it was easy to set up and get going as well. Integrating it with my website forms was easy and there's really good documentation available. I like the AI support bot as well for self-discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most useful features are locked behind higher payment tiers, which is frustrating. The compulsary one-off onboarding fee feels annoying as well as a small business I wouldn't see that ever being justifiable to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Hubspot as our CRM, and it's making it easy to keep track of these and report on them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's sinks my emails with my contacts, so always easy to look regarding comunication, easy put task, can send direct meeting request with different notes. Can pull different reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so easy to pull reports especially first time, you have to go through a lot steps, which would be easier.

Tracking my CRM
Excellent, seamless Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation functionalities so seamlessly and allows for detailed customization that most other platforms only allow at a higher, more code-centric level. It's easy to use and gets you results. The implementation for Outlook and G-suite are fast and user-friendly, but if you have issues then customer support is miles more helpful than competitor platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could use a little work, especially around Sequences, but this has been an issue for a few years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to move all of the work and tracking we'd otherwise do in spreadsheets into a comprehensive platform that provides feedback on our performance and allows for easy goal monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create dashboards and find metrics. Also the UI is easy to navigate. Integrations with our stack is amazing too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps build cadences/sequences, CRM hygiene and building reports need to measure outcomes and create sound forecasting
Good overall CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful CRM, has overall flexibility since it's features are all across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is generally user-friendly but some advanced features need testing/need to contact support especially when it comes to the filters used in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates everything into one platform so it is a one-stop-shop for all your CRM needs.

Email and Sequence are essential t my everyday business.

Allow me to create additional actions from the Email Tab, rather than just Sequesnce.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flow of it overall, I can navigate easily thru most of it. Some of the recent changes to sales, prospects, dashboards, etc like moving them, migrating/merging, them, like that has been kinda confusing to keep up with, but guess it's also good to make improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be resource intensive w/Google Chrome, but also that's Chrome. Sometimes clicking on links it can load slow, but can also be combo of things

Easy integration and the ability to know when yo reach out to key contacts at key moments

Hubspot ease of use - Ideal CRM for a growing company
What do you like best about the product?
That we have been able to build, grow and modify as we evolve. At the same we can create visual and KPI metrics needed to understand the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does feel like we are regularly being prompted with "upsell" - as well as need for more training. We didn't have a great implementation experience.
