Intuitive, User-Friendly Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly and intuitive HubSpot Sales Hub is. It's pretty straightforward, and I love that. The Tasks feature gives me a very good visual idea of what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. The initial setup was pretty easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it sometimes glitches, especially when moving from task to task by merging two tasks that have nothing to do with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track deals and follow up with prospects. It helps me stay organized, gives a clear view of my contacts, and organizes my daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and simple to operate especially as a small business. Very affordable to help my business grow. Call recording a is a great tool to help new employees and share calls with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many add on options, email logging randomly misses sometimes but not enough to cause concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging all emails annd activity with prospects.
Hubspot has become our favorite CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Number of features that Hubspot has is amazing. Being able to create sequences, analyze those sequences has been very helpful. Also, using the workflows to customerize things to our specific business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Hubspot. Sometimes I do have to do a ton of research on why a workflow did not work correctly, but if I'm really frustrated I can reach out to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to see what is working for or sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have all the needed information in one place, with leads to deals, summary and the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not exportable, not easy to create a workflow for currently available leads, not easy to bulk manage leads except in Beta version now.
No seperate Pipelines and we created the whole thing now there is a beta version to have seperate pipelines.
Can only be associated to one object at the beginning when creating and no automation to associate the other object, so it is manual and we are trying to eliminate the manual work

Measure the leads creation and conversion rate when open till a deal is created.

Very easy to use. Helps to keep me organized when work piles up. Love the reminders and notifications

some of the search functions can be tricky. It would be nice to have an easier way to search for certain key words.

Staying organized and sending me reminders to follow up with certain customers
We switched from ACT! to HubSpot and it has been a huge upgrade

It is accessible from anywhere. The email logging and tracking are amazing.

Upon introduction, it felt like there were too many features.

HubSpot solves ourtask shedualing problem. Having everything logged in one place and separated by contact allows us to easily stay organized.

Simple implementation, which you can perfom on your own by seeing instructions in HubSpot Academy.

Streamlining schedulling of meetings, and having all data under one roof
Great tool for marketing to conference leads
What do you like best about the product?
I am a part of the marketing team so I use it a lot for sending out mass emails to conference attendees. It has been a great tool for doing so and the stats I get back are very valuable. I also track conversations with past leads, and for someone that is not in sales, it has been very intuitive for me to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other side of the mass marketing emails, I wish there could be flexibility in how the emails are created. I think there are too many issues with spacing that could be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team puts out a lot of initiatives like mass cold emails, interactive demos, and course web ads, and Hubspot has been great at tracking conversions and these touchpoints.
Amazing tool for CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made it easy to get our global marketing team to connect, colaborate and function with swiftness and insights gathered and shared overboard. The analytics, reports and the fuctionality is excellent. The recently introduced feature of Reporting the Sales Pipeline in the Companies currecy has made the reporting of a global data, a cake walk. Keep up the good work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Intitial learning of how to use Hubspot requires more time and patience. If there are "Help" topics / videos links to figure out how to use, it would be a great help.
