Easy Deal Tracking Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track deals, customer support is great.

Botched Implementation, Zero Support

I never got to use HubSpot Sales Hub Pro because the implementation was botched. They just looked at our setup and said 'you're good' without any formal process or workflow. It ended up being a time and money sink, as I was billed for 3 months of usage without getting any actual use. The support wasn't helpful; they pushed us to a 3rd party that didn't care about our success.

Simple Sales Organization with HubSpot, Finance Features Lacking
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple HubSpot Sales Hub is to use. It's great for organizing my sales, team, and calls. It helps me not to forget meetings and keeps my data organized. I like it very much for organizing the sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot organize my finances. They can simplify too much informations. The initial setup was so so, we need to spend too much time.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize my team and calls. It helps solve problems like forgetting meetings and organizing data.
Comprehensive CRM with Overwhelming Data Depth
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything in HubSpot Sales Hub is in a single system, which allows me to open up any record and see what prospects or customers have been doing, including who they have interacted with. I also love the Gmail extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's overwhelming to find information because there is so much of it. It's not hard by any means, but setting it up is definitely not something you're going to stand up in a couple of hours.

HubSpot Sales Hub provides a single source of truth for all contacts, leads, and deals, so I can easily access and track customer interactions.
Intuitive CRM with Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as my primary CRM system to manage contacts, deals pipeline, automate reach out sequences, and report on sales performance. I appreciate that it allows me to automate reach out cadences with multiple types of touchpoints, like calls, automated emails, and LinkedIn InMail. It makes managing my pipeline of deals and forecasting easy and allows me to report on a variety of different metrics. I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is user-friendly, logically laid out, and not too cluttered. It has all the key things I require as a salesperson and manager. I particularly enjoy that I can create bookmarks for my most used tabs such as 'Tasks', 'Sequences', and 'Reports' to easily navigate the CRM for my day-to-day needs. The taskbars are sensibly laid out by function and department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar at the top is awful. The reasoning behind which results appear as you are typing a name or email address is completely illogical and not user-friendly, unlike other parts of the site. When I type a specific name such as Joe Bloggs, the logical result as I am typing the name (but having not fully typed it out) should be Joe Bloggs, but instead, irrelevant results appear such as Joe Joseph or Joe Joel. The search logic makes no sense, especially compared to other areas of HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to automate reach-out sequences, manage my pipeline and forecast, and report across business metrics, which streamlines my sales process.
Great UI, but the free plan gets expensive quickly

I love the UI - much easier to work with than SalesForce

It starts free but rapidly becomes expensive. Also had some issues using this with Office 365

Its a great CRM with amazingly flexible columns that can be configured.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub helpful for marketing and CRM integration. I use the email build assistance and website creation and maintenance features, as well as its connectivity with Salesforce CRM, which allows us to effectively manage our sales lifecycle. I also use the Marketing, CRM, Content, and Workflow tools extensively. I currently use HubSpot Sales Hub for meeting scheduling links for our sales team.

Nothing; for our current use case, everything works appropriately

What do you like best about the product?
After having used SalesForce, I really like the UI & UX of Hubspot. I especially like the activity feed

HubSpot allows me to easily track activity of my accounts and individual prospects, along with logging the conversations that I have
Effortless Sales Automation, Slight Complexity
What do you like best about the product?
I love automating emails with HubSpot Sales Hub. It's really valuable for me because if I can't reach a customer, I can have a sequence of emails go out automatically. In the first email, I introduce myself and my product, and if they don't reply, I can send more emails highlighting different aspects of my product without doing it manually. HubSpot does it for me, and I appreciate that it makes this process so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess it's a kind of complicated because it has so many features. So I guess it can be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to categorize and organize a large number of leads and automate email sequences. It helps follow up with potential leads, even sending follow-up emails automatically if there is no reply.
