Great platform for mid-sized sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
It's clean, easy to use, and very feature rich. I'm using it with a client as a consultant and the detailed reporting we get on what is happening with the sales team velocity is unreal. Whenever we've had an issue, customer support has come to the rescue fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a better way of building an 'old-school' outreach style sales pipeline. We've kinda hacked the Deals section to do that so that we have a very visual outreach pipeline, because sequences didn't give people who were not on the Pro licence (on a core seat instead) any visibility into what the sales team was doing with the outreach program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the performance of our outreach campaigns, delivering data to the CEO without him having to 'do' anything to get it (massive win!), making it easier to run a sales team with multiple sellers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's customizable . The way that it links most of the data.Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that some modules are hard to find. It hidden . Even though I've been using Hubspot for 5 years now. I still need to find where is the template settings , where can I set a new work flow. Where can I set new sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hub Spot is the ability to hold so many customer profiles and the task system. The automatic tasks and being able to create my own tasks on a huge population of students keeps my work moving forward and holds me accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you can easily get lost in the system. Between deals, dashboards, contacts, and tasks it's very easy for students to fall through the cracks. I wish it was made more efficient/streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub spot is helping me track sales, student information, and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Every salesperson wants to shoot up their sales revenue, I am one of them and as Targets are set, We need to focus on predictable revenue. I loved this about HubSpot Sales Hub, it gives me access to have insights using AI tools of what can be the revenue and what I can do to Scale it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting first demo is great but to understand the AI impact will take time and to streamline smart prospecting needs a sound training. Else once streamlined Sales operations it is easy to use platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used normal CRM and the Scaling up of revenue was ambiguous that led to false sales Revenue assumptions and was difficult to boost up Sales Revenue and kept our sales Reps in dilemma. After HubSpot Sales Hub we could clearly define our goals and set predictable targets and also got clear picture of getting in touch with right prospect resulting in building a stronger pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its seamless integration with the entire HubSpot ecosystem, which helps keep all sales, marketing, and customer service data connected in one place. The intuitive pipeline management, customizable automation, and robust reporting tools make it really easy to track deals and prioritize outreach efficiently. Plus, the ability to send emails, schedule meetings, and automate follow-ups all within the platform saves a ton of time.

Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about HubSpot Sales Hub. I love it and would definitely recommend it to colleagues.

Best CRM for Sales & Busines Development Executives

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how intuitive and clean the interface is, it doesn't take a lot of time to get used to it, even if you are not super technical. As a Business Development Executive, I use it daily for tracking emails, managing deals, and the integration with Gmail makes it seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that some features, like advanced reporting or certain automation tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For small teams or startups, that can be a bit limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge it solved for me was managing leads and follow-ups without letting anything slip through the cracks. Before HubSpot, everything was spread across spreadsheet and email threads, and it was hard to keep track of where each lead stood. With Sales hub, I have full visilibility into the pipeline and can automate follow-ups at scale. Its helped me stay more organized, save time, and close more deals.

Email tracking, mail automations, tracking lead engagement, mail followup, storing leads and companies data, good customer support

High price, mail open rates are not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in email management and creating sales funnel. It's AI assistant helps create personalised email for leads, helps in scheduling mails, prospecting agent is a good feature which helps in enrolling leads into AI prospecting, also it has support for third party platforms integration such as in Zoominfo, FullEnrich, Outlook and LinkedIn sales navigator.
